Well, I saw that ending coming and I can't say that I'm happy about it. They did a good job keeping it "real life", but honestly... I wanted something more. This show started off wit ha bang and ended with a fizzle. *sigh*

I have strong feels that Miss Oh is gonna get violent with Il Ri soon over "Mr. Jang". Like seriously…
I get what you're saying. He did step in quite aggressively. That being said, he also is getting completely screwed up by her going back and forth with what she says to him and how she acts towards him. It doesn't give him the right to barge into the house like he did. Twice. I like how they had him be the one to step out of the picture as of right now. Like, he took himself out of the equation so that there wouldn't be anymore confusion for Il Ri. Now she can focus on what she wanted to. The other family. At least, that's how he seems to see it. *shrugs* The writers are ruining what was a pretty damn good show. They should have ended it a few episodes ago, but now they just want to keep messing with the viewers. What I'm really waiting for now is for someone to die... And I'm feeling like it could be Il Ri.

I have strong feels that Miss Oh is gonna get violent with Il Ri soon over "Mr. Jang". Like seriously violent. And that preview... I'm just bowled over. This show keeps hitting you right in the feels. I just wish that Il Ri would make a damn choice and stick to it. Doing what she's doing is more for herself, rather than for anyone else's benefit.

I don't find Vaness Wu attractive at all, and it has nothing to do with his ethnic background... But that's just…
Very well put! I started out with anime, so Japanese language was comfortable for me. However, anime led me to live action... First drama I ever watched was BOF and I remember laughing at the first episode thinking, "What am I watching?" Then I needed to see more. I was lost at that point.

I watch a lot less anime than dramas now, but I still have issues with Taiwanese ones. Not because of the language, which until anyone gets used to a language, it's going to sound weird. That goes for any language, not just Asian ones. That being said, I watch predominately Korean dramas and I'll have to say it's because I feel like they put more into them. Especially financially. You can see it in the productions. Also, they have more dramas in the genre that I like. I'm all about romance. I'm a HUGE fan or rom/coms. Almost all the Japanese dramas I've watched lean more toward the melo and over the top comedy. I watched a few Thai lakhorns, but I have to say that for something that was supposed to be serious, I was laughing the whole time. I mean, there were gun fights where lamps got hit and didn't break. Walls were being shot and no holes were to be found. Then I'm supposed to believe that when a person gets hit, they die? Come on. *smh*

Anyway, that being said, I am open to almost anything, but I will say that almost all of us have done something on this hit list of hate. I catch myself a lot lately being a kind of drama hipster. I shake myself and and say to myself that I was there once and try to help them out.

Personally, I get more mad at the people who don't watch them who make fun of people who do. Or make fun of the languages. Those people are douches. If you don't get it, you don't say anything. I also hate, "Why are you watching that, you aren't Asian." <--- I am, but that's not the point. Or "Do you even know what they're saying?" Or, when looking at the males in the dramas, "He looks like a girl." My blood starts boiling at those. Especially if it's a guy who's totally into sports. If you can name every member on your favorite football team, you watch all the games, you go to games if you can, you buy your favorite players jersey, you should understand what it's like to be a fan of something. Leave me and my shows alone and I won't talk about how your team is full of men who like to touch each others butts to say "good game".

"valid love looks boring but it has that cool vampire guy" otoke??
No worries! I don't mind either way. I know that I've read things wrong too. Reading something online or via text can be taken any which way. I totally understand. ^_^

Does anyone have a feeling that the writers are going to give the husband a medical issue? It's been shown a few times that he's forgetting things... Like, simple things... And his behavior is odd... I'm worried that he's going to end up with some type of medical issue that is going to force Il Ri to take care of him. If that happens, I may walk the hell away from this drama. No joke.

when I see all these comments taking her side, I really wonder how they would have felt if the whole thing had…
I'll just touch on this a little, because I agree, she did wrong... But, the husband never, ever had to work for her love. She chased him. She wore him down. He didn't ever try to do anything to get her to love him or keep her loving him. He took it for granted and never attempted to do anything for her to show her that he loves her. Hell, she got hit by a car and he left for seven years and never bothered to call and see if she could even walk. Then they bump into each other and she was fine with that and wanted to be with him again. He didn’t have to do anything. He even said in the beginning of the show when the women in the family were suffering, they didn’t know what to do, so they would ignore it and pretend nothing is wrong. Lack of emotional connection with a person, be it man or woman, could drag on the other until any attention would turn someones head. I feel like she was literally starved for someone to want to do something for her. In seven years of marriage she never got a vacation from her life as a caretaker to his sister and family, then comes Kim Joon, and she gets a break to sit around and be flirted with… I’m not saying that this is a good reason to cheat. At that point it would have been good to talk to her husband about her feelings, but it wouldn’t be a kdrama if they did that, right? Lol!

By no means do I condone cheating, but honestly... I think that Il Ri and Hee Tae really needed to talk more.…
Oh, absolutely. I totally understand what you're saying. This is my thoughts based on how I feel, but that being said, I've also been sitting here watching a show, so I know that she didn't physically cheat. His character doesn't, so there's that. In his mind his wife was having sex with a younger, more attractive male. Look at how quickly he went to help her clean up the mess after he pushed her, but only after another, younger male went to help. I feel like his jealousy is going to ruin things for him. Can't wait for tonight!!

I totally get that he was that mad to start off with, but after that initial shock, wouldn't you be curious rather than just holding onto that? I mean, he knows that she has been worked like a slave for his family and taken care of their fights and his sister for 7 straight years... He even said so, himself. I get being so angry that he did something stupid like hit her and break stuff. Hell, I'd have done the same thing initially, but at the same time I would have been asking why and what happened to us. It just frustrates me how quickly he was able to be like, "it's over" and not even think about her side. It's all about his hurt pride and what he's doing now is driving his wife into the other mans arms. *shrugs* I guess we'll just have to see what happens, 예?

By no means do I condone cheating, but honestly... I think that Il Ri and Hee Tae really needed to talk more. I know that kissing and having feelings for someone else is bad, but she didn't sleep with the guy and she tried breaking things off. He spent 7 years away after she got hit by a friggin' car to protect him and didn't contact her once to see if she was even able to walk. Then he returned and she still wanted to be with him? Then for the 7 years that they were married she took abuse from his family and cared for his severely disabled sister and without actually talking about what happened to them to get to that point, he just slapped her and tried to kick her out. Any relationship that you claim to love the other person deserves at least a conversation. I know that the immediate response to someone cheating is to be vividly pissed, but you usually want to know why and what happened. He didn't even seem to care. I find that a little weird. This show...

Wow... How is it that this list is better than the one for the Dramafever awards?! They should talk to you guys. Their choices are terrible. At least here I had struggles with which one to chose!! So many good choices!!

OMG... I'm with you. I'm still watching this because of Jin Hyuk, but I keep nodding off. Seriously boring. They are dragging out a story, which I don't mind, but they are doing it in a way that makes no sense, especially for a legal system.

I'm really disappointed because I was kinda excited to see how Baek Jin Hee would do in this drama after Empress Ki, which I thought she did an awesome job in. And... It's not good. I'm gonna stick it out and finish this for Jin Hyuk, but I don't like this one much at all.

OMO... Who the hell is sending the texts to the husband? I keep thinking that it might be the chick that he knew when he was in school or whatever. Like she wants him so she has someone following the wife around, but how would they know when Il Ri would be going to see Kim Jun? I don't get it... Also, the husband keeps making mistake after mistake. He should have just said something from the start. All he is doing is dragging out the pain. Buuuuuutttttt... It wouldn't be a drama without that, right? LOL!! Still loving this show, but I have strong feels that this may be heading for a long dragging section now that Hee Tae is all angry.

I didn't want to like this because I'm not a fan of adultery, but I had to try it because of Lee Soo Hyuk... Now I'm addicted to it. The characters are so relatable and the story has so many real life situations that can make relationships go, not bad, but stale and cause people to wander. Anyone who has been in a long term relationship knows how much work is put into keeping things strong and how easy it is to let things slide... This show is really well done so far. I'm absolutely loving it.
