From your comment, you obviously have personal beef with Mame and you're taking it out on the Actors, there has…
First, unless you're reading something else, I never said that there was rape or sexual assault in this series. That let me know that this conversation is both pointless and useless. I think you should look in the mirror for who's the real hater.
This series is really good and if it was as bad as you say you wouldnt watch. It seems your intentions are just…
First of all, that's your opinion. I have an opposite opinion. And for the record, you don't get to decide what anyone (other than yourself) can watch or not watch because you disagree with their opinion. If this is YOUR attitude, then you might consider going somewhere else. Second, as I told another poster, I have no personal feeling about Mame any sort of way. However, I can (and do) dislike what she writes and how she portrays her characters in her works. If you like or are into rape, sexual assault and sexual manipulation, then that's your thing and not mine.

I'm not sure your comment is accurate. But, you're entitled to your opinion, as am I. However, for the record, I have no personal beef with Mame. But I will admit that I'm NOT a fan of her portrayal of rape, sexual assault, and sexual manipulation of the characters in her works and portraying it as "love" or a way to express love. Now, if that makes me a hater, as your comment suggests, then I guess you were right and I own it.
If Noeul's not careful, he'll be forever type-cast as the proverbial "dimwitted, effeminate, youthful, uke" in BLs, which could make it difficult to portray other characters. Or, could this be his professional acting goal?
That's harsh. He's been very caring toward Sei for years. Why he crossed the line in his behavior is debatable...not,…
Harsh? Hmmm? IMO, NO ONE has the right, no matter how long or how much caring they've provided to you, how "betrayed" they felt by you, or how frustrated they are over you, to "cross the line" and sexually assault you. This shouldn't even be a discussion.
It may be a cultural issue. But in every culture, NO means NO! So YES, it was rape, even if Japanese law says…
I'm not sure. But from what I understand, in 2023 Japan revised it's law to define rape as "nonconsensual sex." But it has had problems implementing the law when it came to same-sex cases.
Personally, I'm not into this idol thing in any format whether it be a reality show or a boyband, nor can I relate…
Unfortunately, we're probably in the minority (at least as far as MDL is concerned). This was a fanservice series from the get go for fans of LYKN. So, with 3 eps. left, I'm sure Po and Thame (which is the proper way to say since Po is 4 years older Thame both in the show and in real life, LOL) will have some sort of break-up issue before getting back together for a lovey-dovey ending. LMFAO!
This series sucks! But, I'm watching it anyway because the BLs are slim pickings so far. This is another Mame smh f*cked up series. I guess it's just a matter of time before we get Mame's classic rape, or sexual assault twist! LMFAO!!!!!!
I'm sorry. But that ending had more plot holes than a screen door. I realize it was done for fan service. But, it was still as silly as hell. Once again, an otherwise okay series cut down by lazy writing. The Thai BL industry is becoming so "cookie cutter" crazy that honestly, it's nowhere near as fun watching BLs like it was just a few years ago.
Idk, it did make sense to me. They both are very aware that they are literally criminals who murdered multiple…
P.S. There are many of us (members of the lgbtq+ community, non community fans, and even fanservice fans) who wait and welcome to see BLs evolve beyond its fanservice trop-driven and stereotypical past as most other media does. Just one person's opinion.
Idk, it did make sense to me. They both are very aware that they are literally criminals who murdered multiple…
Totally agree. And using your logic, true criminals would've probably fleed and took their chances (with both life and love). Also, less we forget, Kant and Fidel ARE also criminals. Let me see, I'm not up on the criminal laws of Thailand. However, I'm sure aiding and abetting two assassins, breaking and entering, kidnapping, etc. are also crimes. Finally, if gmmtv wanted to add the prison aspect, why didn't they add the court-room drama aspect? What Fidel and Bison pleaded guilty to multiple murders (wihtout a trial) and only got (5) years? Come on. That plot is an even sillier idea.
Do you mean Bison and Fadel taking the plea deal and surrendering? From their perspective, 5 years jail for murder(s)…
Possibly. But good writers might have come up with a plausable more action-based ending to this series first season, such as an "escape cliffhanger" plot for example. It would appear that the series is hinting at a season 2, so make a season 2 worth it. The series began with action adventure, threw in the BL romance and should probably end with action adventure. But gmmtv, in its infinite wisdom, had the penultimate ep. be this lovey-dovey ep. in which they just give up and surrender?? Then, if there is any remaining action adventure, ti will a scripted, made-up prison plot, with probably one of the characters injured in a cliffhanger, which is pure trope by the way. However, it gmmtv wanted it to be that "love conquers all" kind of ep. (which is fantasy fanservice), then it would make perfect sense to do it the way they did. All of you may disagree, but I stand by my opinion.
