There’s much debate about the intimate scene, r*pe or not r*pe or something in between.
1- Him - They were marriage, consummation was part of it automatically. So, for him to tell her in her face that he would not go to her bedroom was outright a d*ck move
2- Her – you’re my husband, you don’t want to, I’ll make you do it.
There, was it r*pe or was it not? It’s as morally grey as it can be. And that is one of the aspects that keeps us engaging in the show or the novel. If everything is as clear as black and white then it would be boring.

And so I thought this comment section is the most diverse, lively and healthy ever. Well, not so fast.
It’s a comment section for a reason. We share our thoughts as the show goes along, raving on something, ranting on something, or spending time analyzing every scene. The more popular the show is, the more polarizing it gets. So we expect to see colorful comments whether we agree or not. Having said that, some comments below like the show is stupid, don’t watch if you don’t like, don’t watch xianxia gene if don’t like the tropes, or assuming negative comments as the work of antis are uncalled for and toxic at best. Luckily, these comments are not many compared to 14K plus comments thus far. So, Keep it up y'all. This comment will be buried in a matter of hours, so roast me if you can

Tbh, I just don’t feel connected or emotional invested into the dream arc. The intimate scene was nicely done. However, I don’t expect real French kisses, but the kisses were not as spontaneous and passionate as I hope, too formulated.

Bruh, ep 11 - I was like dude since when you became Robin Hood who took on the establishments to protect the little guys? Whether or not he was faking it to get more allies to his side, I give him that for averting the fight and saving the life of 10K solders.

I know her role and scree time are limited. However, it's up to the artists to make their roles memorable regardless of how small the roles are. In this case, she's 2FL, so it's not small. If only she can have more expressions and chemistry with the 2ML. Her acting is just one dimensional to me. That makes she kind of out of place among otherwise stellar leads.

IMO, of the 6 leads, the SFL is the weakest link. Her acting is blank; her chemistry with SML is nonexistent, and her on-screen present is non-memorable. In the contrary, the 3rd FL, every time she's on screen, she demands attention.

To fans who read the novel being frustrated with fans who don’t and have to have one eye on the spectacular visual and one eye on the sub – please be patient. We don’t read the novel, and most of us international fans don’t speak the language. So, it’s hard for us, being captivated by what are happing on screen at the same time having to read line by line of sub to understand.
I myself have to reverse, re-watch countless times, which I rarely did for C-dramas, except for L&R and LLTGalaxy.
All this makes the comment section more lively, don't you all agree?

C’mon people, already some complains about too fast pace, plot holes, missing this and that from the novel, as if y’all experts knowing better than directors, writers, editors. And if 50-60 eps then y’all complain about filler eps.
Let put this into perspective. If all 7 books of Harry Potter were to be fully adapted on screen, then there would be 80 movies instead of 8. Ok, enough said, ROAST me

The scene when Luo went psycho with the crows - He reminds me of The Joker in The Dark Knight.

I could see your intention. However, this is the LNF page, shouldn't be mixed up with other dramas IMO. We fans can lookup the actors/actresses and their dramas in their respective pages.

Yeah, while watching, I kept yelling at her "can you stop making face? can you walk normally?" LOL.
It frustrated me as I have watched all of LYT's dramas. And in all, she was strong, smart, sweet but no nonsense. Hope this is the first and also the last of this kind of character she played.

I hope the drama wraps up nicely whether HE or BE. Please don't throw in the so call "extra" eps just to satisfy fans who don't like the official ending. Those so call "extra" eps are just few minute clips that ended up in the editing room floor. They did it for IS by throwing in 2 cringey extra eps that ruined it for me(the official ending was tragic, but logical and beautiful tragic). They just did the same for TJOCY next door with that stupid ep 41 ep. However, the grand price for this idiocy goes to SOTM imo. Instead of investing more in the story, they wasted an entire ep for an alternate ending.

I like the plot. Will continue watching it. Now the ranting, for the love of God, Cdramas, can we stop making FL acting like a little girl whereas the ML acting all highty mighty? It's hard to watch a 30 something years old woman acting like a 16 years old. Most of the time, she's either girly, bubbly, silly, jumpy or throwing tantrum like a chicken with her wings cut off. And, her over expressive facial expressions give me facial muscle pain.
