JH liking YW isn’t supposed to be rocket science. He’s just some ordinary guy who’s attracted to YW, who happens to be autistic. I think this is one drama where I’ve seen many question JH’s attraction to YW. He simply likes her. It is indeed - that simple. The reason does not need to be complex. The romance does not take up much screen time either. I think it’s nice that the writer decided to include the romance aspect. When was the last time we got to see a visible romance-relationship between an autistic person(ND) & NT in a kdrama onscreen? It was almost 10 yrs ago & who knows if kdramas are bold enough to do it again? It’s better to try writing it than not writing it at all.

You explain it perfectly. I was trying to find the right words but yes, it’s portraying a romance between an autistic & NT person but it’s more about YW navigating various emotion that’s all very new to her & serves as a growth-experience for her. Because the romance isn’t the genre, it’s more so YW’s first experience at love.

When EW tells SP making a therapy doll for his patient is bit like acupuncture (sewing with needles) he’s still helping her even if he can’t acupuncture anymore ✨

Whether you like the romance is subjective. IMO the romance is still an integral part of the story because it portrays a relationship between an autistic person & NT person. And it’s important for YW to have gone through some experience at love because hey autistic people are capable of falling in love & loving someone-being loved. Also, when will we ever get another drama that portrays this kind of relationship? Most likely never.

Same. I hope this season has a definite ending. But I’m assuming the series as a whole (S1&2) will have 24 ep I think?

Would like more screen time of her on EAW. I liked her bits with YW as TSM. It was nice ✨
