I can see why they both like & have an interest in each other. Would I like to see more depth of JH? Yes. But the story is about YW, an autistic attorney/person (her life, work, struggles & whatnot). So it’s intentional placing YW as the focal point-forefront of the story by the writer.

It’s wasn’t promoted as a romance that’s why people were unsure if it had romance. It didn’t have any romance tags when it aired.

The build up to the romantic relationship I love that too. What I’m saying is when the characters become a couple in romance dramas, I want to see a longer progression of their romantic relationship explored as a couple. Not it happening late into the show Or with an abrupt breakup (I hate that too) or timeskip.

I don’t watch too much romance drama nowadays & most of them were old school ones or a while back .
