Whether she struggled during her law school days- Maybe she did maybe she didn't. It wasn’t mentioned. But she seemed fine during her 1st real court case albeit a tad nervous & hiccups.
Not sure how law works in SK. Things will be dramatized for dramatic purposes in kdramas. If you think she’s unbelievable as an attorney, the FL in Why Her is a big hotshot lawyer with only a high school degree lol.
But you’ll see the shift in dynamic between the FL & her dad. It's highlighted in the show because of her close relationship with her dad, who she lives with & he always cooks for her - but other than that she's capable of doing things on her own. She just has her own way of approaching things.
This and Link are my favorite airing dramas (I’ve only watched 1 episode of Alchemy of Souls)

I haven’t watched Link but I’ve seen AOS. AOS is enjoyable. The acting is fine but the set up & story is interesting. Fight scenes is really neat. Haven’t caught up to the latest ep yet. The comment section was a mess when I started the show so hopefully it’s fine now lol.

Even the reveal of SJ past relationship with the Choi family was kind of lame - too makjang 😒 It’s almost 10 Ep & still no progression on the revenge stuff. Everything is hindered on trying to figure out what happened to PSY & cracking the usb drive. They’re just dragging this subplot. My biggest gripe is that there’s NO character development.
Who Gong Chan really is should have already been revealed and getting to the bottom of who framed him should already…
