I only watched a few episodes years ago but never completed it. The costumes & hair is super beautiful. And the acting is good. It’s a prince & the pauper kind of story.

It was unbearable. I hated everyone lol. Besides that one doctor who was kind to ML when he started working at the big hospital. I didn’t like the FL either. Find her annoying. And the SML was an intolerable a$$-hole. Didn’t like how the story & writing handle ML’s character either.
It wasn’t promoted as a romance but it may have some hint of it.✨
I recommend it! It’s light hearted and easy to watch.
