this is the highest rated drama of 2022 so far and it deserved it let's see if a drama can surpass this drama…
Our Blues seems like a strong contender. But it’s given, since there’s an all star cast with 20 ep. I think 2521 had a very good chance of getting much more higher rating but it was bombarded with lots of ads 🥲.

I’m not trying to argue with you. I’m stating that from a visual standpoint it doesn’t make sense for YJ to still be looking like he still 30 something in 2021 at age 44-45. Since HD looks old/aged & has an older actress to play HD.

Just a theory? I don’t know where it came from but YJ isn’t dead. I don’t know why everyone wants him dead. Lol even NJH couldn’t believe everyone thought he was dead. Also, thinking he would d-word himself it’s a bit too much. I’m going to assume that he’s perfectly fine in 2021, hence SJK saw him last month.

YJ wrote that HD was his first love. He was 24 when he started working permanently at UBS & in love with HD. Adding 15 years, that would make him about 38-40. Since NJH still played YJ in that epilogue, it’s not him at 45 in 2021. It wouldn’t make sense. He had to be younger and most likely it’s around 2015-17.

The romance was undercooked. Wasn’t explored since it happens in the last 2 ep. Didn’t help that HD was a highschooler 3/4 of the drama 🙃. The non-romantic relationship between YJ & HD was way better written? It made sense to me. The first 12 ep were also the ones I liked the most.
I never watched SWWW so don’t know how the romance was in there. I agree, the female relationship was one of the better portrayal in kdramas. It was more complex than it being just a simple friendship but with rivalry & tension, plus the awesome fencing. KTR & Bona made it look effortless. ✨😌 Yes, KTR is really awesome. Her versatility in portraying all kinds of aspect of HD ☺️ So charming & cute.
