Yea when she was a little KID. Like we all have done something stupid once when we were kids. And she admitted to it & she is still friends with that person in real life.

Also the lost watch seems like an inside joke between her & the director since it was during a radio interview during Alienoid.

He was one of the bully in the military who got beat up by the victim.

Lol understandable. I only watched about 4 Ep because I was curious about the director. She is really good. Revenant is her 2nd directorial project.

Those are just journalist talk anyways. She’s too straightforward & free spirited for them I guess 😌 Everyone (co-Stars) who has worked with her onset has great things to say about her.

She made a suggestion for anyone who would like to volunteer (given that her fans were willing to do it anyways) Plus she already made a post apologizing for it 🤷‍♀️

Have you’ve seen Lee Jung Rim (co-director with initial credit for Revenant) work V.I.P.? Her style of directing really shows in the Revenant too. She does a lot of far-shot panoramic angles that allows the viewers to see the characters in the setting. (Rather than those dramatic close up near shots) she has a film (grounded) quality to her directing style.

The cinematography is so nice.
The directing style really helps the characters feel/appear more grounded rather than over-exaggerated.

I really like SY too. You can see the way she gets anxious, annoyed, nervous, happy, tired, & sad etc. She’s is going through various human emotions. She isn’t written like a blank slate. KTR is so good at portraying SY mannerism.

I agree. I like that he doesn’t raise his voice-screaming his head off like a maniac 24/7 🤣 HaeS’s calm demeanor-patience is definitely needed.

I like how diff the 3 main characters are from eachother.

Even the scenes in the dark (nighttime) the lighting is good so the audience can still see what’s happening. It’s not pitch black.

Another thing to note - it is shot a lot in broad daylight. I can actually see these characters faces & the setting. It isn’t just dark gloomy all the time. Which is nice.

You should definitely watch her in Mr Sunshine (historical drama)& 2521 (youth slice of life). You will not be disappointed. She’s really an amazing actress. Those two roles are very diff from Revenant.

I’m talking about the reunion scene when it comes to empathy but yeah there seems to be some history of negativity between the two.

That could be it too since we only got a snippet of the flash back. Plus he used to hang out with all those snobby people back in highschool so I wouldn’t be surprise if he was like that too.
