great review! I didn't think about the modern day K pop OST as being a link between modern day and ancient Goryeo but that makes a lot of sense. Now I know why the music never felt out of place.

I love mulan! my all time favorite disney movie from when I was little and creepily enough I still remember every word to the 'i'll make a man out of you' song xD. Somehow, no matter how many times they remake it, it just never gets old

so far, i'm really just torturing myself watching this. The first few episodes were pleasant enough and I enjoyed the main girl's cheerful attitude and the cute couple moments but it rapidly went sour when all this star crossed lover angst got thrown in. Now while still interesting, this is just growing more and more unpleasant to watch since i'm on episode 10 and all the happiness has already dried up and died. I don't think I can sit through another 35 episodes if it's just going to be filled with more tears and marital disappointment xD

where did you watch episode 12 with english subs? The last episode isn't subbed on dramacool =(

oh my gosh I couldn't take the evil secretary from Healer seriously. He always gave me the impression of an incompetent evil little minion and his extreme OCD problem cracked me up xD
