I'm not in that category, I love the FL! She is funny, sassy and absolutely gorgeous!! Everything she does has a reason to it, but I do believe in the next 10 episodes she will shower our ML with lots of love in return for all his love!

Why would NH have a harem? Man is so whipped for SYM, i can't remember the last time I watched a drama in which the ML was so obsessed with FL and gets turned down every single time, but it doesn't stop him from trying again 😅

You're actually right! Her words were unnecessarily harsh and now I think about it, I think she said it on purpose just to drive him away from her and her family as she genuinely believes her family will die because of him! She is doing it to protect her family and for nan Heng benefit too.

Please watch the whole episode, it's a proper turning point for FL :) its only going to get better! Nan Heng will hopefully get a lot of love going forward. Given the way nan Heng character was written and watching the trailer, I thought it's going to be a toxic red flag ML! In reality it's the exact opposite. He's become the greenest of green flags! And genuinely loves FL. He goes over and above even for her family, her father and sister (even though she tried to sexually assault him).
This episode is the most heartbroken I've felt for nan Heng in the series so far. He was whipped with 60 lashes, injured, bleeding and still his first priority was SYM. He was kneeling on the ground, begging her for forgiveness and crying for another chance, that moment seriously broke me!😭 Nan Heng character has changed so much in the series so far.. in the beginning he was ruthless, power hungry, and selfish. Now he doesn't care about any of that, he gave everything up but he's unwilling to let go of SYM! The dynamics between them is quite unbalanced so far, I feel like he loves her a lot to the level of obsession and devotion but she is not quite into him yet! I hope she's able to return some of that love over the next 10 episodes. Our boy nan Heng deserves it. I've always been a huge li yi tong fan but her visuals in this series is next level. I'm literally in love with how beautiful she looks so I can also imagine why nan Heng is so obsessed with SYM.
On a side note, there is insane amount of skinship and kisses between ML and FL given the context that this is a transmigration historical drama script. 4 kisses with nan Heng initially, 2 with LSS, and all the "CPR" ones... From the BTS scenes, looks like there will be more. Absolutely love it, greedy for more passionate kisses :D

Yes, till episode 16 I thought it's still because of the Song family's power.! But since then, things have changed. 1. He would have to give up his army to marry SYM. 2. He would have to leave capital for that feifdom. 3. His uncle clearly asked him to not marry into song family and choose some other girl (initially it was his uncle's plan to marry into song family) 4. Her dad begged him to leave SYM I felt broken when he told her dad that he thought of leaving her because of all these external reasons, but he couldn't give up his obsession and he would protect her forever. Plus he said he would ask for her consent... I don't see how he can get her consent after recent developments. It might still be a forced marriage😥😥

But I can't even blame song yi meng.. ,she literally saw him unclothed with her sister, heartbreaking for her! Imagine how much more upset she will be when she realises Liu shi is nan Heng!

She's my favourite since long, but i know she's not that famous in Chinese drama industry ...Given his huge fan following, i thought he would be first billed. I love how nan heng is so obsessed with song mi yeng, not willing to give her up for anything! Even after so many obstacles are in his path, it would have been so easy to say fine, i won't marry her!
