I went and rewatched the scene. I watched in two different sites but the translation when she asks about the bracelet is "It looks great". There's nothing mentioned about pretty.
Anyway, in epispde 12 & 13, i just feel WWY showed much more love towards WSG, and even indirectly confessed multiple times. He is pretty much just staying in the illusion for his own agenda.

Oh what's the reason she asked him to wear it though?
I really hope you are right.. at this point, I'm waiting for her betrayal, instead of her being so love sick for him.
He has so many priorities, he is least interested in romance!

I started watching for dudu and had such high expectatioms for du ling and joseph CP but I'm disappointed 🥲🥲 it's quite one sided so far.
WWY has very clearly fallen for WSG and doesn't even want to leave the illusion. WSG has not confessed, in any shape or form so far.. he wants to stay back in illusion to know what happened to his clan.
When she asked him if things would be the same once they leave the illusion, he actually said NO. I'm sorry, i just don't see him having any feelings for WWY.. he's just making most of the situation. Which is so annoying :(.. In the other cp, I see so much love between wu yi and chi wen.. but not the case with this CP.
I saw somewhere in this thread that WWY and WSG will have SE, so i guess it's better that I'm not feeling their relationship.

I had such high expectations from WWY and WSG couple (dudu fan), and quite disappointed.

Two times in episode 9 he asked for lu wi yi... First near the fire, he said "Your sister went to get food, where is she?" Second, after he summoned her with the pearl, the first thing he asks her is "where is lu wuyi?" Does he like Lu wu yi? 🥲

Agree, with chen du ling and joseph , they don't like each other yet! I'm curious to see how it'll play out.. they're very much still in enemies phase in episodes 6&7!

Honestly why does the storyline seem so farfetched? I love lee sung kyung and really wanted to like this drama, but it's so not possible irl. While I'm open to most kdrama tropes, it makes the fl seem like such an idiot here.
First off, it's so "easy" for his roommate to chat with the fl for 3 weeks? It seems wrong on many levels.. And even before the 3 weeks, she was so madly in love with her boyfriend (who was supposedly cheating on her).. if she was even half smart, she would figure out her boyfriend is not that interested in her.. I don't understand that deep level of love she had for her bf who was so indifferent to her.

Oh gosh, me too!! There's something about him.. he's so crushworthy! The actor does a great job portraying his character. I love his dynamics with cang zhao!

Yes, you're right. They both have ego.. even that push and pull conversation regarding him attending her brothers wedding. I'm actually happy she is not chasing him and looks like she doesn't have any expectations either.

Me tooo... I'm literally hooked to this series for fang mu jing and doctor... i can't wait for episodes to drop..i think i will pick up the novel meanwhileto read their story.

I dont know why no one else is talking about the second couple ..😭😭😭 ... like i can't even imagine her pain. And seeing the episode 14 teaser, it's only going to be more and more pain for her. I don't see how they can turn it around and make him worthy of her.

Yes totally HE! Romance is very good and balanced from both sides.
