No comment about QT since I didnāt like her storyline and character but Fugui got that kind of personality from…
I loved hongye's character though, I actually became a huge fan of Leon Zhang after LIP. Hua zui was very calm and had a pure heart true! Fugui definitely takes more after his mom than dad. I don't see any of hongye's passion in fu gui.
After all three fox spirit matchmaker series, this one is my favorite because the chemistry between HuaiZhu and…
Love in the Pavilion is the best, such an epic drama. Wangquan Hongye and Dongfang Huazui are the dream couple. After watching Sword and Beloved, I'm so disappointed that I started rewatching LIP again.
Your opinions are yours and 100% valid, no one will @ you hehe. (If you say something is your opinion only you're…
Yes that sound track from LIP is legendary, my favorite fight scenes from SAB are when they reuse the LIP sound track! It instantly Amps up the whole fight sequence for me :)
I feel like you haven't watched this very closely if you have to wonder if its intentional that ML might come…
Yes I have watched closely. But I was hoping he will change after getting out of the yi qi alliance and become a more interesting character. I have nothing against Cheng yi, but the character fugui is written quite poorly.
Please do not come at me in full force! I absolutely loved Love in Pavilion! I have rewatched the drama so many times! I loved all the main and side characters! LIP is an epic love drama and Wangquan Hongye and Dongfang Huazui were the dream couple! I was so excited for sword and beloved, because I am a huge li yi tong fan. But this drama is so damn disappointing. Wangquan fugui from SAB does not hold a candle to Wangquan Hongye depiction in LIP. Even Qing tong as a character is very sad for a FL. I'm not sure if it was intentional for ML to be depicted as some kind of emotionless robot throughout the whole drama. At this point the side characters in this drama are more interesting than the mains! I'm just so disappointed because my expectations were so high after LIP. I think many users in the comments have not watched LIP, and are wondering if they should watch, my recommendation is to please watch it. Love in Pavilion is in my top 3 favorite dramas of 2025 along with 'A dream within a dream' and 'Fated hearts'.
Su Muyu without his benevolence is incredible to watch, I so loved how he went to that generalās mansion for…
Agree, Im only going off of whatever has made it to the final cut. But they've really done mu Yu mo character bad! Seems like she's always chasing tang Lin Yue and he doesn't give any s*** about her after they parted. I really wish they don't end up together and MYM gets back her back bone.
I seem to be the only one here who cares about bao sheng en character based on comments š Love her character! I know there's no romance, but I'm kinda shipping her with that commander yu, my foolish heart is hoping for some enemies to lovers trope.
I hope in the next episodes I can see more Mu Yumo scenes. Because I watched this drama just for Peng Xiaoran
I'm not following the rest of the drama, I'm literally only watching for peng xiao ran and fast forwarding to her scenes, and then realized there's barely any scenes with her till episode 19, mid way point! Can only hope there's more to her role in second half!
Hello, in episode 8 they said Zhang Qi is Zhang zeng's son, who died with wangquan hongye at battle outside the border. He was played by Ding yuxi in love in pavillion. But Zhang Zheng and Qing Mu yuan both died in LIP, they weren't married. How did he suddenly have a son? What am I missing?
