Yeah I was right, pretty JH was in serious love with JP. And he too.... Why is YR still stuck on that dead beat…
Yeah JH and JP definitely seemed like they're still into each other at episode 8 ending.. Curious about one thing, what makes you think the judge (YR bro) likes JH? For me, it's never been obvious, as in, he's been nice to her but he pretty much treats her like he would his own sister.
Same here, Jong hui is the absolute Best character in this drama. I was quite upset that there was no JH at all in episode 7, glad they made up for it in episode 8. I just hope she had a happy ending whatever it is.
After episode 7, it was quite clear they are headed towards a KYR and JP end game with all the forced love scenes, which is absolutely fine by me. I just want to see JH shine, it's great to see that she got the good fortune to be adopted and seems like she's happy in her life, attending college etc. But at the end of the episode 8, I was quite shocked to see the way JP reacted to JH. Ive always noticed in the past, that JP was always chasing JH when she was leaving, and he would always grab her hand forcefully to stop her from leaving.. I've honestly lost count of how many scenarios and how many times (in the past) he used to run behind and grab her hand that way. It is borderline aggressive the way he does it, but I used to find it cute because I thought he was not in control of his emotions and didn't want to risk letting her go. *Young passionate teenager* feels. It seems kinda wrong for him to be doing that even in the present when he seems to be falling for KYR. He did it twice in this episode 8. I'm not sure what the director's intention here is, but it again conveys that JP is not in control of his emotions when JH is around. In contrast, he has always been the most polite and friendly with KYR in the past and even present. It's quite messy, and I just hope both KYR and JH are happy without JP.. They both deserve better. It's best that the 3 remain friends.
Just to add, based on the BTS clips Iβve seen, I counted around three kiss scenes if Iβm not wrong. Definitely…
I want more than 3 kisses, this couple has π₯π₯π₯ chemistry! After watching ADWAD, that's my benchmark for how many kiss scenes I want in a Cdrama π
I can't believe they robbed us of a full-fledged kiss at the end of the episode ππππ
Honestly, the whole sequence of events was so weird. She has been dropping hints throughout that she likes him, but he never takes the first step. She finally took courage and confessed first. And his response was that peck, I mean are they 80? This might be my fault, after watching cdramas, I can't bear these soulless passionless kisses. As a character, I'm not a fan of an ju hyeong!
Anyone else feel the FL is a bit miscast? Nothing against the actress, but I just can't shake the feeling that…
Please can you elaborate when you feel she is miscast or her looks don't fit? What do you actually mean by that? Do you mean she is not beautiful enough or her acting is not good? I feel the exact opposite.. I cannot imagine anyone else playing the role of song yi meng better than her! I'm not sure if you feel cringe comedy is easy to portray, but I think no one else could have done a better job at that role. It's also interesting that you've never watched a li yi tong drama, she's been in the industry for long . I've always liked her and started watching ADWAD for her. Her visuals are insane in ADWAD, she is just so gorgeous, and coupled with her cute outgoing personality and outrageous behavior, I can totally imagine nan Heng completely obsessed with SYM, and why he kept chasing her. After seeing all the BTS and interviews, it looks like her personality is very much similar to SYM outgoing extroverted personality and hence seems well suited to the role. I'm really happy she's finally getting some recognition in this drama. Looking forward to her future works, especially sword and beloved.
If Iβm being brutally honest, that was a total snoozefest. I knew this was a melo but even for a melo, the first…
Same, I'm so upset.. I've been looking forward to this drama for months, but I can't remember a more boring first episode in a kdrama. I hope the second episode is better, first one was a snooze fest.
Honestly, I think she stops hating him early on in the series! She understand that nan Heng has a sad back story. She doesn't hate him but she doesn't love him either because she believes that the script will kill her family if she gets together with him. Nan Heng literally begs her from episode 21 to 32 convincing her that he loves her truly.
Omgg for the first time I want Evil spirit to be with flπ
Yes, omg... I thought I was the weird one, because I find FL chemistry with beong su as π₯π₯π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅.. gyeon u is boring compared to beong su. I never thought I would ship an evil spirit in a K-drama lol

No, she falls out of love with chu gui hong quite early. ML falls for her around the same time.. So when nan Heng is chasing her, she doesn't like anyone else, but it is still hellish for him till she accepts him. Warning: you will feel very sad for nan Heng when she keeps rejecting him... But you need to power on.. This series has a beautiful ending :)

True, but watch his transformation in second half of the drama! He becomes a softy who's totally obsessed and in love with female lead.. Literally the biggest red flag to green flag transformation I've ever seen in a drama :)
They do after the math lesson or maybe even before I donβt know.
Honestly, all the kisses were proper passionate kisses... Even the initial forced ones lol. Not the usual dead fish kind kisses! My heart is fully satisfied, Given that it's transmigration and historical drama, I really wasn't expecting so many passionate and deep kisses!π₯΅π₯΅ Li yuning and li yitong chemistry is π₯π₯π₯
