So true; this reminds me of Law School and Kim Myung Min's narration of the end of the drama as Law Professor Yang in that the law is an imperfect justice. Still, it must be perfect for those who teach as well as those who study it, for there's nothing more violent than an unjust law.
I wish the world were full of Iruma Michios. I've just started watching this drama, and I love how simple yet deep it is in its dialogues and execution. When Iruma Michio told Nagaoka Makoto it was up to him to decide how he accepts the truth about his father and his death, the only thing I could think was how powerful that one sentence was -- brilliant drama, and this is just me watching the first episode I can only imagine how much better this drama will get as I continue to watch it. Highly recommend it.
I was hoping last week's events would bring some measure of peace to the team. But the struggle continues for Kim Do Gi; it was painful watching him relive the horrific moments that changed his life but to know that he may have started his journey with the wrong person seems like a massive blow. I love this show; even at its end, it never ceases to surprise and amaze me. And how about that epilogue; hats off!

True, it gives that vibe. Law School's setup might be similar, but the flow of events is completely different -- the competition is definitely there, though. Some of the student characters from HTGAWM resemble Law School, but I think that's where it ends. The murder and subsequent events are a bit different.

I am of the same mind as you; I thought for sure there was something there but the show has yet to address; I am hoping they still will; we have three more episodes to go
As great as it was to finally see both Ye Suel and Professor cleared of the accusations leveled against them, I am glad to see the drama professionally and seamlessly undertake some very controversial matters from self-defense and partner sexual abuse to exam cheating and plagiarizing, but not only tackle the issues but articulate that choices have consequences. It's exactly the kind of awareness I love seeing a show raise especially when it comes to breaking the barriers of accepted societal norms. Kudos to the cast, director, scriptwriter, and the whole production team for a job well done.

It's on Netflix in the US AirStrike; I was excited to see Song Seung Heon and Bruce Willis (my favorite American actor) but disappointed with the final product; not sure if it was the directing or editing but it felt choppy, disconnected and almost all the acting seemed forced.
I like him a lot ... good to see him join the cast; I look forward to seeing him alongside Song Seung Heon (one of the most S.K. beautiful men, in my opinion.
I'm enjoying the burlesque humor in this drama; I'm typically not into this type of comedy, but I really like Jung Woo and figured I should try, and I am glad I did.
Congratulations to Beyond Evil for winning the best drama and screenplay of the year, and a thousand congrats to the beast of an actor Shin Ha Kyun for his best actor award, well deserved.
