I think puppet or illusion makes more sense because the fake WZ didn't seem to know what was going on, either unless she has lost memories too and only knows her feelings of jealousy. I would also rather her be a puppet or illusion than that awful person, too! From the previews, I think it will be resolved in the next episode.

The skin could also be the color of the jade, too like someone else mentioned. I'm not sure what to thnk anymore!

I was getting this feeling in episode 32... just the mannerisms and way she was acting. Also, when she first opened the medicinal jade container, her skin was changing to blue like the Peacock. I don't know... 4 more episodes to go and I hope they have enough time to explain it all!

yeah, it is crazy to me... I'm thinking it has to be some kind of false reality. I'm hoping when it's all figured out, the characters dissolve and we are back to the normal characters. I also feel that something is off with the Empress. Is it possible she killed the Emperor's wife, even if it was accidental? And then pinned it all on the Phoenix to save herself? I really hope we get a good ending that makes sense.

I'm really disappointed that the Phoenix is supposed to be oh so powerful and only the Red Sun God can fight at her level, but each time any of them are in a fight... they get hit like one time and then pass out. Not sure if it's budget or what, but fight scenes are like 5 seconds and then move on to new scenes a few years later, 1 year later, 30 years later, etc.

In episode 29 when they are floating in space, they show a brief shot of something floating. It looked like her jade bracelet but I couldn't tell exactly. Did anyone else see this?

I was really hoping for an epic showdown between peacock and phoenix. Mu Nan ends up being the real hero to save the main couple, even if he doesn't see himself that way.
