During the 1st timeline, Sun Jae was murdered but he couldn’t protect himself as he was having depression and eating sleeping pills. Maybe due to the guilt of Sol’s passed incident, her losing her legs when it could had been avoided if he woke her up on time. The 2nd timeline, autopsy was done because it’s a bit sus but still they thought it’s suicide because he still had depression.
After Sol came back the second time, she gave him self-help books and kept reminding him to be selfish, put himself first and to tell people if he’s having a hard time. She did change the future as Sun Jae in 3rd timeline said he doesn’t have any depression (could also be he didn’t have to live with the previous guilt all his life), his friendship with In Hyuk is better too. It could be because Sun Jae doesn’t have depression and Sol reminded him to be nice to Sun Jae. It might seems simple, but sometimes certain words from a person could change the fate & future. Instead of police ruled Sun Jae’s accident as suicide, it’s ruled as an attempt murder because Sun Jae fought back and he wanted to live this time around.
The drama is indeed fluffy during their “some” and dating era, but it’s kinda messed up if you really look at the dark side of it 💔😢
While I’m excited for SolJae college era in the next episode, I’m also sad that Sol had to go thru the pain of losing 34 y/o Sun Jae and Sun Jae won’t remember the kiss in 2023 😢

The way sunjae missed when sol yapping about the suite room she says just because we have crush on each other…
the translation put crush but she was saying “some” which is a slang in korean when you’re just flirting and intimate before having a relationship, which is kinda true because they’re close and Sun Jae did confess to her, they were “some”
I think Sol was just asking, “no?” normally but Sun Jae was so nervous after hearing she’s not going home that he saw her doing aegyo instead and the way he straightaway said “Sure”. I’M DEAD 🤣
I just wanna believe that although 34 y/o Sol is a time-traveler, but eventually their memories interwined, so they become one person.
19 y/o Sol did remember a bit whatever happened when 34 y/o Sol entered her body, she might forgot for awhile like she would feel she wasn’t herself but eventually the memory comes back because she knew Sun Jae back then and she cut ties because she’s afraid after 2009 incident.
Current Sol got the vision remembering why she left Sun Jae and said she’s miserable and missing Sun Jae so bad.
I hope Sol is clever enough to link the two timelines that she had gone through to understand that it’s murder all along, Sun Jae didn’t commit suicide.
Nevertheless, my heart broke for Sol 💔 because they’re finally together after all the while. I know this is coming but I’m not ready for it. 😭 I think Sol would avoid Sun Jae back in 2009 to prevent the killer to know Sun Jae’s existence. 😭💔
