PBE acting is not bad just the character numb-personality made him not to show any emotion.
I agree that KYG has numb personality, but he should at least have some range in emotions. Honestly before ep 13-14, I didn’t really see his expressions. Like when he was mad at Ra El for telling So Ra, his expression was the same, like I was confused if he’s mad or not. Even when he declares his love, it doesn’t really show it, not even subtle expression. It was hard for me to believe that he really loves her before this.
Why are you angry? people have different tastes and sensibilities, what you don't like for someone else is wonderful.…
Why did you think he wants to become politician at first place? I think he did mention in early episodes that he did search for her everywhere, but couldnt find her. SEP becomes a politician to have enough power to take Han Pan Ro’s down.
Why did you think KYG become puppet? Because he wants to be the heir, isn’t that greed from his end? He could leave his family and find his peace, but he didn’t do it because he wants to take over his family’s wealth. He said himself he wants to be a king and he’s a businessman. That speaks volume.
The discussion got heat up because you suddenly put SEP as guilty as KYG which is wrong at the first place, just because you want to defend KYG.

He sent her to the US for her safety, please. Look at what happened to Ra El’s mom. If Ra El stayed in S.Korea, they’d definitely find her and kill her. He knew about the murder, but he didn’t have enough evidence to build up the case that time because he was just a rookie lawyer and Han Pan Ro is a powerful person that time. And he did not forget her, he couldn’t find her because she joined force with the fake mom and changed her identity. As for Chairman Kang, he’s not really in the situation that he’s being helpless like Eun Pyung when EP didn’t have power. KYG kept quiet about the bad deeds because he wants to stay in power. He wants to be acknowledged by his father, so it’s about greed, not because he’s powerless. He knew the moment he became a whistleblower, he’d be left with nothing, and he didn’t want that to happen. The moment he paid the truck driver to cover up So Ra’s crime is the moment he became accomplice, so he’s guilty.
CEO has heart nice joke abusive nature of CEO people still defend him they think he is some kind of Saint in real…
Read properly, I never said he has a nice heart. I said among all four of them, the four that Ra El wants to be dead, he’s the only one has a heart which means he knows how to remorse and regret. The other 3? They all just wanna get away from the crime. For a record, I never defended him. All my previous comments condemned his actions. Even in this comment, I do want him to pay for his ignorance for turning blind eyes on the crimes that So Ra and her family did that he clearly knew about it.
Since beginning a lot of comments saying Park Byung Eun is expressionless including me, but he finally nailed the character in ep 13 & 14. I finally can see KYG’s emotions and understand his feelings. Although he might not be completely innocent because he has the bloody contract, but he is the only one who has heart among the 4 of them. He really regrets it of what he’s been up to and I think he’s willing to pay the price of his own ignorance for all these years that he turned his blind eyes on his wife and in law’s crime just to stay in power as Chairman of LY Group.
It's interesting how So Ra has been hitting and abusing her bodyguard, husband, child, secretary, etc since 1st…
Because she is the villain and a murderer, so her being violence is not a surprise and no one here defended her and viewers know that she’d have to pay for her crimes soon. KYG’s character is supposed to be a love interest towards FL, but instead of love, it seems like an obsession because you don’t outburst like that to someone you love. Hence, people are focusing on that. And some of viewers here actually defend him because he has a bad childhood and excuse his behavior when no one excuse So Ra’s actions at all. No one pity her although she also have a bad childhood with her dad.
So in this episode the other ceo said she has a son. I really don’t understand that. Also in the next episode…
They’re foreshadowing that CEO Tae might be Woo Young Woo’s mom. That’s why there’s a rumor that she might have illegitimate child out there. And clearly ep 6’s theme is about mother, the trial case and also the flashback about Young Woo asking her dad why she doesn’t have a mom. And at the store, CEO Tae was looking at the mom-daughter shopping together as if she’s missing that part of life and she has the same habit as Young Woo that she rearranges the shoes to be aligned. But let’s see if she really is Young Woo’s mom, or it’s just a distraction for viewers, there might be a plot twist that perhaps we didn’t expect
I want Ra El to find her peace with Ms Jang, her fake mom at the end. Ms Jang may had betrayed her at first, but I could see that they truly care about each other. It breaks my heart when Ra El saves her number as Omma.
Seriously, what were people thinking ? Somehow CEO would start kissing and hugging Ra El for betraying him? People…
I don’t expect him to be baba cool reactions, he could yell or scream out loud demand for answers, but instead he pushed her not once, but TWICE. The first push already to the steel shelf already looked painful, but when she tried to defend herself, he pushed her again to the desk. No matter how angry or feeling betrayed you’re, violence is never an answer. There’s no excuse to violence.
Everyone has the right to have a lawyer to defend them, so I take on the role and list Ra El's red flags and then…
Everyone watching this drama knows that Ra El is not a nice person as she has been seeking revenge since she was a kid, she said herself she would pay them 10 times worse. And she’s doing all that to KYG for a revenge as well. KYG is far from innocent in the forced acquisition of her dad’s company. If you said she only wants to revenge So Ra, Han Pan Ro, and that Director, you’re wrong. KYG is on her list as well because she watched the news when KYG took over LY group. It’s just that along the way, she fell in love with him for real.
I have zero tolerance for a guy being abusive and violence. Told ya’ll Chairman Kang is a red flag since beginning when he pushed her. Can’t believe there are still people defending him after ep 13
I'm #teamKangYoonGyeom to the end. Poor man, his heart broke when he was left alone in the face of evidence of…
Just because he’s feeling betrayed, doesn’t mean he can use violence when he confronted her. Is that kind of action you’d do to someone you love? Now it seems more like an obsession rather than love. Imagine if they still stay together at the end, I could sense domestic violence along the way if things don’t go his way.
If it weren't for Jinyoung, Yumi cells 2 would not have blew up in popularity. I dare say it's the hottest kdrama…
This drama is already popular since S1 because it’s fun and relatable. I won’t deny that Jinyoung’s acting is good, but to say if it weren’t for him, this drama would not be popular is kinda a stretch. I would still watch it with or without Jinyoung in it because the storyline is good. And Kim Go Eun did a great job portraying Kim Yu Mi to the point that I feel she’s Yu Mi and I’m so invested in Yu Mi’s life journey
