I still lowkey hope that he’s still a nice guy considering how he had been helping Ming Yi and only want spiritual vein to protect himself and be more powerful as he despised how powerful people treated weak people. Perhaps he’s coming back to his Emperor dad to protect Ming Yi as I think STL knew someone was following him at the forest so the Emperor knew that Ming Yi has the recipe now. So with him coming back to Zhuisui with the recipe, it will stop the Emperor from pursuing Ming Yi and they will focus on creating GMD. I hope that he would gain spiritual vein and become more powerful that he could become Emperor and rule Zhuisui better.

She didn’t brand him he’s a bad person, she said they’re suspicious of him trying to get Bo’s recipe from Sunken Abyss on his own and he’s still considered as dangerous person because they don’t know what is his true intention. Well, Situ Ling took the ring even before this whole thing instead of destroying it, shows that he does want to have power. And he also stole GMD recipe from Ming Yi.
Anyhow, I still have faith in him that all he did now is to actually protect Ming Yi because the emperor for sure will hunt Ming Yi down for the recipe. Now that he has it, the emperor will rely on him. I just hope that he will use GMD for a good cause and beat the hell out of his evil father and become a good emperor for Zhuisui.
Sorry but too many plot holes in the drama or otherwise it would make Ming Yi seems stupid when she’s a Goddess Warrior and know a lot of spells (how to refine netherbeast, heartbond array etc.) I’m still pissed at the fact that they just brushed it off on why Ming Yi could enter Bo clan’s ancestral home when everyone knows only Bo clan can enter and how did heavenly grief magically disappeared and she’s thankful for the heartblood and thought it helped in a way? When everyone knows that would only help to extend short moment of lifespan but not cure heavenly grief itself!! Even if Ming Yi doesn’t have the answer, at least have some doubt rather than just brushing it off like it’s not a big deal?
I just watched ep 29 preview. I can’t help but find it so funny that she got poisoned through scallion pancake and got healed through scallion pancake 😭😭
Aaahh I love that we finally have explanation on JBZ’s heavenly grief poison. So he’s partially healed and could relapse anytime because Master Bo Yulan mixed a bit of GMD and other medicine, so when she’s dying, she made full of it to give it to JBZ to heal him fully. I guess that’s why JBZ could become warrior though he just gained spiritual vein because he got a bit of GMD to help him cultivated into high stage like Ming Xian.
So it’s true that although GMD is sort of medicine, you still need to cultivate it to take it directly so that’s what JBZ did and he lost his spiritual well doing that so that Ming Yi could directly take it.

Because he suspected that Ming Yi is Ming Xian, but Ming Yi didn’t admit it to him during their conversation. So he wanted to know what happened to Ming Xian after the tournament because if Ming Yi is indeed MX, it’s kinda weird that MX in Jixing Abyss, not Yaoguang Mountain. Then Fu Yue not only found out about what happened to Ming Xian after the tournament, she also connected the dot that Ming Yi is Ming Xian so she said as to why MX is in female form as MY, she doesn’t know about it and STL was mad at FY for finding that out, as he was only asking her of what happened to Ming Xian .
