Why do I feel like the main couple is toxic but somehow healthy on their own way?

Started watching this few days ago and I read a lot of comments saying this drama went downhill for the 2nd half, but I beg to differ. I was ready to be disappointed after FL knew the truth and they broke up, so it might webt downhill like some people claimed. I’m already at ep 32, I still love the pace and it’s was funny how ML scheming the Lords but at the same thing trying to win FL over. I just love that both of them are equally smart and clever.

I might miss this out in early episode, but did they explain why exactly her stepbrother (the real He Rufei) come back? He was sick right staying in temple, so He Yan had to be raised as a boy instead to replace him. How did he miraculously heal?

After she got injured from fighting the wolves. She removed her chest bandage to attend to her wound. When she fell asleep on the horse ride, Commander realized she’s a girl because he could feel her chest.

Now I understand why most people hate the last 2 eps. It’s indeed a bit off and all over the place. The timeskip is kinda unnecessary though. Hate the fact that my girl didn’t get to fulfill her dreams. 🙄

It’s 9/10 to me until ep 10. I’m giving this 8.5 overall since the last 2 eps are really disappointing.

I still hate Minister Du even after he realized his mistake. He’s too obsessed and he always thinks that he’s right

I just started this drama and on ep 16 and wow even after ep 23, they haven’t found princess Yong’an 😭😭 The magistrate was so stupid, like how would the princess survive alone and still with token? Even if he has doubt, he should at least check about it back to the city, if that person lied, they could just put her in prison then. Why would you chase away a lead, ughh what a draggy filler plot that we all don’t need

Do you know where can I watch The Rebel Princess? I don’t have Viki & Amazon Prime acc. I cannot add one more subscription as it’s already too much from my end.

Blossom is on my next watchlist.

I’ve finished watching The Double since a lot of users recommend this drama. It’s really good, I love it!!!

I had watched both because I started become a fan of Zhang Ling He after watching The Best Thing. Both dramas are good, but not making me obsessed. 😆

can someone recommend me historial Cdramas that as good as TPoB? TPoB is my first historical Cdrama then I started to watch others but none of them hit the bar of TPoB so far. 😅

I’ve watched ADwaD, LLTG, SoKP, and Princess Royal.

I like it so far. It’s kinda chill drama, not too intense and dramatic. Somehow it feels like Resident Playbook/Hospital Playlist but for civil lawyers. I’m not saying this drama is as good as HP, but the vibe is similar.

I need more scenes of what happened in Hong Kong 🙃
