There was but hopefully, that has already calmed down. Several of his fans' accounts were suspended on Weibo and Douyin after being reported for some ridiculous reasons. Too many fan arts of Xiang Liu, too much support for his character, overwhelming majority of edits pretty much everywhere. I guess he wasn't supposed to shine as much as he is. 😌

Hope they never come after my fan arts. I can't help it if he's the only character I want to draw every day 24/7 😋
