Found nicely executed mystery drama

Once upon a time, He Congrui and Zhang Chuxuan wants to do their first collaboration and the writer quite trust both of actor script selection and turns out the intuition was completely right.

The plot is very consistent from first until the end and FL way of characterization is quite strong-willed with focused on her goal. The chemistry is on off since FL didn't want any romantic infatuation distract her goal. Even the romance it not their main theme, they can put dose of romance right without being overly done like usual type of drama. Glad ML character is not scumbag and not burdensome character and glad they didn't give any useless plot twist that unnecessary to drama.

I still rewatch since this drama is need little bit of brain but overall i enjoy this drama and collaboration.

Recommended to rewatch.

The costume is great but the plot is too mess

Once upon a time, there is one drama who try to adapt some witchcraft with generic reborn plot that you always see on Chinese Vertical Short Drama but somehow they forgot the plot formula. The result is inconsistency and fickle drama who wants to being Harry Potter version of Shein but ends up being nowhere to go and the ending is having no correlation with the story

Peng Yao styling is not her usual ponytail that everyone complains when i see her drama on youtube. She still got acting skills and unfortunately her chemistry with Xie Hongxin is not here and she was having better chemistry with the Male antagonist instead. Xie Hongxin is having not luck with executing potential drama with decent plot. Somehow his acting always being underperformed by her female lead or the plot is going downgrade on the middle of drama.

Not really recommend to watch.

Failed do remake of Face/Off

I watch this drama since i like Dai Fengyi and want to know how her transition from antagonist to become protagonist. The Plot is lowkey inspired by Face/Off (1997) with generic formula. They are too lazy to find same height actress since if they want to do face swap people would notice the height different.

The Supporting Artist are too stiff especially the SFL and lack of emotion while Shen Haonan didn't have any chemistry with all the Female character. No fluttering feeling and the kisses are too fake. The Chemistry is no found in every part of this drama.

Kind of lackluster drama.

Warm feeling for family drama.

It was one of my first vertical short drama i ever watched. The plot is about FL found out she is not real child of her family and green tea was actually their real daughter. FL previous family wants to abandoned her and send her to green tea arranged marriage since her family was being poor. FL didn't want green tea to stole all of her things decided to bring all her stuff and leave her room empty. FL accepts marriage purpose and found out ML was widow with two children. She wants to win ML children heart.

The romance between main lead almost zero but since it was family focused drama i quite don't mind too much. The children acting are quite natural especially the mute daughter, i almost cried when she tried to called FL mother.

The ending is too rushed.

Classic romance that deserved to rewatch.

I craved for Tian Yu drama. She has alpha woman vibe. This is one of few short drama i first watch. Yu Long is actually better acting and chemistry with other female lead more than Yang Miemie. The sexual tension is there , their kisses is too hot and i notice the smudged lipstick!

This basically FL, ML and ML assistant vs the whole character. FL characteristics and development are great for the older released. ML is not being too assertive The misunderstanding is clearly solved fast and they communicate with mind clear without being too dramatic. There is no plot hole

This is one of classic drama that deserve to rewatch again.

Murong Guoguo is iconic

This is my first ever Tian Tianyi drama that i watch, thanks to Dramabox never-ending promotions. I tried to watch and it was decent drama.

I just enjoyed the characters with Tian Tianyi as Murong Guoguo being so iconic and make one of her step into stardom and Du Peiyan being cynical ML. SFL is quite annoying and letdown for this drama while her character is essensial for this drama. The chemistry between Tian Tianyi and Du Peiyan is shown as best friends and there is no hint they are in love.

The Murong Guoguo suicide scene are quite powerful and i was wondering if they do it with stunt or CGI because they don't throw doll at all.

The Ending scene is such anti-climax and they could it more better.

Chinese version of My Demon

The plot is carbon copy from Korean Drama My Demon (love Kim Youjung but Song Kang cannot act for real) and i quite like fantasy drama so i tried to watch since i like Zhang Jinyi. For Yang Pengcheng, I am not familiar with his acting so it's my first ever review for him.

The editing and CGI is decent for short drama class. The styling and MUA are on good mood so everyone got decent styling. The comedy banter was better than Korean one. The supporting casts acting especially the antagonist are superb. But unfortunately Yang Pengcheng-Zhang Jinyi romance is lacked and they looked like buddies instead for married couple.

But I want to compare Yang Pengcheng with Song Kang. Yang Pengcheng is winning for his acting but his face is kinda stiff like Song Kang.

Still Recommended to watch.

Han Yutong shows her dominance.

I watch Han Yutong drama before her collab with Zeng Hui and found this.

Actually the plot is common in that year, FL who pretend to be insane was forced to marry comatose ML. I like how Han Yutong make the character smart and her disguise as nurse is not obviously same as FL usual look. The chemistry between Han Yutong and Xie Hongxin is quite passable but for the acting skill the gap is too much shown make Xie Hongxin skills look inferior. The ending is okay but i only remember FL antics since her voice is not being dubbed.

Watchable for Han Yutong fans.

The Most Main Lead Focused

There is too many Lou Yanjing- Li Zi version but for my taste i like this beside the Wang Nan one.

The plot is FL aka Li Zi know she is not real daughter and her fiancé break their engagement with her and turn to being real daughter fiancé . Feeling despair, FL walked on street with strain looked and found by ML. Getting drunk together, FL spends a night with ML who has secretly loved her for years. Later day, ML asks for FL responsibility by marrying him. Coincidentally reality show needs to recruit married couple, so She is agree with ML proposal. They participate in a couple's game, which helps them bond and develop a deeper relationship.

This version was solely focused on Main Lead growth from being best partner into real lover. Another fake it to make it real troupe. Glad they didn't have kidnapping scene (That was unnecessary).

My complaints is FL didn't met ML parents (They were so interesting pair, hope they could met) and there is no real marriage scene on this drama. The editing on this drama shows the budget is not that expensive.

Still recommended to watch.

Quite underated drama.

If you asks what is the best Zhang Yun Tao-Yang Jie drama, I will answer this drama.

Both of them are don't have republican drama before this. And i remember someone from Douyin saying if your actor is playing republican drama 9/10 dramas having bad ending.

Yang Jie suits kind of revenge drama more than romantic-comedy. Her chemistry with Zhang Yuntao is on fire in this their romance was the best among all of their collaboration. Supporting casts are doing great especially FL uncle. The styling are my favorite and there is no mistreated between main lead and supporting lead styling which is quite nice.

I liked the ending, even someone complain about it . It was well-deserve for both Main Character.

This is usual men oriented drama.

This is kind popular on my local place and yes this is man oriented vertical drama.

The plot is about ML who pretends to be poor and met FL on airplane. FL proposed to ML while ML denied since he has fiancee. FL understand and still ask him to become her staff, he still reject it. ML finally found ML fiancee cheated with other man so he tried to break up and suddenly FL comes and ask to become her husband.

There is too much talking and without any action like usual men oriented drama. Yang Jie suits men oriented drama since the acting is not that important-you need to be pretty and tall. Than most of male lead on men oriented drama is not too handsome since men are their main target.

Watch just for wasting my time

I watch the plot for Tian Tianyi since i love her.

The Plot is about FL aka Shen Tang Ning was betrayed by her scumbag husband and being killed by him. She was being reborn and married his useless brother and help him to get pas scholar examination.

Plot is somehow well-written and not to jumpy. OK, Tian Tianyi and An Ziyang giving sister brother vibe instead of couple. As for An Ziyang, he cannot act even his kiss skill isn't that great and he didn't even try to build the chemistry with FL.

The drama is not memorable and only deserve to watch only once.
