I think Songhwa realized long ago that she loved Ikjun, but she was afraid of being hurt the same way she got hurt in the past during college period. Ikjun getting injured was definitely a big reason as to why she changed her mind of course, since she realized her wish of being with him and her love for him outweighs her fear of getting hurt. But we can see the little moments shared between them way before Ikjun's injury, that Songhwa's feelings were already wavering and she was already slowly building up courage to admit to him that she loved him as well (for example during that scene of them holding hands and running in the rain, the way she seemed so disappointed after Ikjun let go of her hands spoke volumes, and she realized that as well. And the birthday gift she got him, that baseball cap and the parallel they made of when she got him the same thing during college and wanted to gift him that and confess). All in all, I think she was already planning of confessing to him, the accident only sped it up a bit xD

Dude I bet Seokhyung told Jungwon to tell his mom that he will go to the US, just so it will make Seokhyung's mom know about it. And then he will introduce Min ha to her and say the reason he changed his mind and won't be going to the US anymore is because of her HAHAH

Min ha is by far my favorite character in the entire drama! <3 I love her to bits, she is so relatable, down-to-earth, and utterly adorable in many ways. Seokhyung is one lucky guy to have her

Gosh what a visual couple these two will be tbh! Hoping we get more than 20+ minutes each episode, with at least 16 episodes in total (considering Light On Me set this bar, I hope other k-bl dramas follow the same pattern hehe)

I have no interest in the main couple's relationship, but can anyone spoil me if SolJiwan has any development as in any chances of ending up together? Or if they end up together in the webtoon?

Seokhyung skipping their band practice to go take care of Min Ha, and also smiling so fondly at her when she thought she got delirious and cried happily that he went there for her, has gotta be the biggest indicator that he is, in fact, totally whipped for her!

I love the characters of hospital playlist with my whole heart but istg idk if I can take the wait of yet another season. God, Season 2 is already at episode 7 and nothing really happened to a lot of characters yet. I am still enjoying the plot, but sometimes I wish the author picked up the pace, cuz I feel like some things are getting delayed and dragged out just bcus the writer wants to put all the important stuff on Season 3... And as someone who is used to kdramas finishing with just 1 season, it's kinda frustrating to have to wait so long lol

This! That's why Min Ha is perfect for Seokhyung, she isn't afraid to voice her opinions, no matter who it is, and for someone like Seokhyung and his mom, she is really someone who can change both of them for the better
