I think the movie was good, but I think it could've been great. The cop storyline was good, but cliche. I really…
Definitely! They really played with us by showing the family dynamic of the thieves and not giving us more of it. I hope the sequel will focus on them.
Such a good drama. The emotions will really get to you. One moment you're happy, relieved. And then, you're ugly crying. The next thing, bam! you're scared, on edge, angry and cursing at the screen. The actors did a really good job. Though i don't like how after ep 3 the pacing became UNBEARABLY slow, like i almost dropped it! As someone who hates slow burn, it could just be me. But the slow pacing in contrast to the first few episodes was really noticeable.
Maybe because i've watched so many revenge dramas of the leads not getting caught after getting the revenge but it was satisfying nonetheless! In the end we got a morally happy ending which we don't get often in the world of dramas haha. Is this worth the watch? Yes. Will i rewatch? Most probably no because of the pacing.
I'm on ep3 currently, might drop it. Theres not much story or plot but the action is cool. I enjoyed the action but im looking for something more, yknow? If anyone is willing to spoil me please do lol.
Decided to watch this randomly at the theatres..don't know anything abt it and watching blind.First impressions: the effects and cinematography are insane!!! I was genuinely amazed. The setting is sort of a 90s utopia with amazing scenery. The action scenes were also so intense, good choreo too. As for the story, I sort of get it and also not. The entire plot focuses on the death of the head of a drug business and his sons are sort of clashing because one wants to continue the business while one wants to stop it. We also get to see some complications and power struggles in the business. And I'd say the police are trying to stop the drug supply too but ( spoiler from here ) the main character somehow has gotten ahold of a share of the drugs?? so I'm not sure either. It might be a battle of morality too. ( spoiler ends here ) I think it's confusing because of the plot holes too because some stuff just doesn't makes sense or missing some sort of context..Any bit of information sort of flies over my head too because it switches POVS to other characters alot..there were just too many main characters to keep track of imoIn conclusion, in my opinion if you're looking for a well made movie, this isn't it. The focus was all over the place. Though plus points because the noir vibes of the movie were so strong I really loved it.
Saw this movie today. I originally decided to watch this in theaters because Jun is in this movie, but I also…
It is confirmed to have a sequel in an interview, but Tony said they'll film it in about 3 years. As for Jun, I don't think he'll be in the sequel since it might be focused around The Shadow and the third son.
Is there a possibility of a S2? If there is, how many more years? 1st? 3rd? 5th? 10th?? Or will end just like…
Based on the ending, there will be a sequel. But as I've seen from an interview, Tony said they'll film the sequel I think in 3 years ( if I'm not wrong ) so we gotta play the waiting game once again 😂
Namgil as Hwajin would actually be insane. Imo Get Schooled has an interesting plot but it quickly deteriorated as it updated. Its a cool concept, but he really should have himself the backlash.

I didn't really bother with the logic of him surviving because as a war assassin and fugitive, I'd be pissed as hell if he died too easily 😹
The plot was disappointing but I wouldn't say the actors did a bad job. Their acting was phenomenal, as well as the younger actors
