oh my this is such a cute watch!! love englot's chemistry, engfa's acting is good and charlotte has improved alot since the start. the friendship between the girls is really sweet too actually. please give diana a girlfriend! my only slight negative is i wish we could get a bit more insight into the actual pageant and how they prepared for it, like i would've loved to see their training sessions especially as meena is totally new to this world and how cherine copes with it due to her past failures. this aspect of the story i think needed more depth.
heidi is such an entertaining "villain" you can't hate her really. i love how englot said heidi isn't a villain she's just shady lmaoo. behind the scenes of episode 5 was so chaotic omg, they look like they had alot of fun filming. the crew telling engfa to stop giggling in a scene when she wasn't supposed to laugh was too cute. the whole cast is just so adorable.
also the usage of cutie pie ost in episode 5 was so cute, i know engfa is a fan of nunew too 😊

k-bl definitely isn’t as popular as thai bl (especially gmmtv series that are widely watched and very accessible). it’s ironic as kdramas are rated so high on MDL compared to any other countries’ dramas and yet k-bl isn’t. 😅
the leads have really natural, playful chemistry that i feel is sometimes missing from romantic dramas lately. love their teasing banter and how they have alot of fun together. very very cute.

I agree, the abuse is only aimed at Uea and not his stepsister and it wouldn’t be easy to take her away from his mother and stepfather. I don’t even think the stepsister is aware of the extent of the abuse and what has happened to Uea - she has been shielded from it. It’s a really complicated situation. I think the only thing Uea feels he can do is stay far away from his mother and stepfather to keep himself safe. He doesn’t believe his stepsister is at risk.
