it’s been over 2 years since LITA. i’ve seen it with other pairings in the past year, the hype dies down after the show has ended. it’s hard to stay relevant in such a competitive industry.

this is really cute. i love their height difference and how he keeps bending down to her eye level to talk to her. can't wait for episode 3!

agreed. you could argue that maybe lack of money and resources is an issue (not for be on cloud though as pond brags how they don’t need to worry about money lol). idk. like memindy made a successful series that launched 2 pairings, and instead of capitalising on that they decided to make wedding plan (which flopped). boc didn’t do much better with dff 🙈 not the best decision making from either company lol.

i will be checking out shine as well (when it eventually airs) but the hype has kinda died ngl. it’s interesting to see how huge MA were back in 2022 and now? it’s been years, alot of fans moved on tbh. 😔

yeah i agree, 2+ years is too long after your first series. you need to capitalise on the hype and keep the momentum going as the market is really saturated. they were pretty popular and trendy back in 2022.

it’s not a big deal imo, alot of these bl screening events don’t sell out. it’s been over 2 years since LITA anyway.

fort’s acting in this series really improved since LITA 👏🏻 the beginning was fun but it’s a shame the second half was so bad (the finale had me like 🤦‍♀️). i would like to see fortpeat in something not written by mame. a girl can dream i guess?

i really enjoyed this show, but it's a shame that they didn't touch on the further deterioratio of kohei's hearing (and the notion he could lose his hearing entirely) in the second half. although i love taichi, i did think the first half of the show was stronger when the focus was on kohei.

still one of the best j-bl's of the year, the cast was fantastic.
