is that yohan singing the ost at the end? cute. i think generally people will enjoy this more if you haven’t seen the original as i think it will follow it quite closely. the first episode didn’t really grab me. these kakao m originals have been a bit underwhelming really, i think my expectations were just too high!

i think maybe because it's not your standard kdrama dialogue so in that sense it does feel more natural? i often jump randomly in conversation and switch topics, it seems totally unconnected but not really to me. also people often go off on tangents in conversations as well irl. i feel this script does capture things like that but obviously heightened for comedic effect and ~quirkiness lol. it's not realistic per say but it's definitely fun to watch ^^
i absolutely adore this drama visually - the colours, the lighting, the sets (the comic book store and ju gyeong's bedroom have so much character) & surprisingly i'm really quite enjoying it! my fave parts of the show are definitely the directing and moon ga young (she's so charming!).
