Ban is very deadpan and monotone. Wonder if his secret has something to do with DM asking SE if they've shown and affection towards each other? Because they really haven't. The only time Ban smiled over the past seasons was when he was playing in the snow with the kids. I was taken aback when he smiled because we've never seen any emotions from he before. But I'm glad whatever the secret is, it's not a deal breaker.
Now we wait another week to see what's going to happen with the body snatcher.

This show basically boils down to a constant loop of sabotage and revenge. With one character getting away with everything until the very end. It's been a long 8 months. We've gone through all four seasons with this show!
Crying. So much crying. Why was there so much of it? I can't wait for it to finally be over so the crying will stop. Was there even one episode with dry eyeballs? Shout out to everyone that made it this far! Two more to go, we got this!
What is going on with Hye Ryung? Why would anyone say someone deserves to die for their sins? And then getting so mean towards Shi Eun that she hates her now? It's not LSE fault that Ban is choosing to marry her, like girl, he's not that into you! She's really going to lose it once she finds out that Pi Young is now dating Dong Ma. Her head might pop off.
This shouldn't have been 52 episodes. They're recycling the same thing over and over again. Lie, cry, crazy, run away, breakup. So much crying. I don't think they should even be together at this point. It will be what, the 4th time they get back together? Blech, over those two already. 20+ episodes on amnesia was just too much.
At the end of last season with the weddings, Ban was marrying Song Won. Soooo now that she's gone, how are they going to spin that? I swear this better be like a big fever dream or something.
Okay serious question. I'm not a huge historical watcher. I can count on one hand that I've seen. Is it common for historicals to recycle the same 2 songs multiple times per episode? I only have 2 more episodes to go but holy gravy I'm getting sick of listening to the same 2 songs! This can't be normal, right?
If you put a pin in the couples and the mom's, I actually like watching how the sausage is made in the fashion world. I never think about the back end or the behind the scenes of it all. Especially when they were talking about clothes for drama episodes. There's a lot of constant moving pieces and red tape to get through.
It seems like a lot broke up with this already, but I thought episode 11 was actually really, really good. Took forever to get there, but I think it was a turning point episode. I'm hanging on because of the sick friend and I thought what she said to YE and CS while hugging her daughter was so powerful. Love seeing characters sticking up for their love when other family members don't approve. Like, this is love between A&B, kindly C your way out. It is not your life, it's A&B lives. Hopefully together, or not, but nevertheless, it isn't yours!
Yoon Jae Kyung face slaps are becoming an every episode thing now. I feel like it can be turned into a drinking game at this point. You get a slap and you get a slap, everybody gets a slap!!
This season is a train wreck, but an addicting wreck. Once it's the final curtain call, I'm going to miss the over-the-top of it all. The writer pretty much threw everything she could over the last 3 seasons because why the heck not. I'll miss Seo Jin's fantastic hair along with her bold red lips, the screeching, temper tantrums, the crazy eyes, choking, slapping, hair pulling, glasses with no lenses, alleged death but your not really, bombs, fake singing, unlimited money and gold bars, backstabbing and getting pushed out of buildings. I mean, rich people problems, amirite!

She also started it in high school especially repeating senior year so she could get into the same college. He did tell her from the very beginning to follow her own dreams. I thought it was very telling when even the professor told her she had no passion for robotics because she did all that she did, for him. Which is also why I pointed out that the show is doing a great job with following your own dreams etc.
I think the show is doing a pretty good job of showing to follow your own dreams instead of someone else's because of love. Girl is driving me crazy with all of that, so glad she finally snapped out of it.
I've been binging this the past two days. I'm on episode 26 and I think at least once or twice in each episode, someone always comments on how handsome Yu Tu is. Of course they're not wrong but it makes me chuckle that it's been in each episode.
The clear winner...the OST. It was really good and to me, suited this train wreck really well. Choo Choo, all aboard! Oh and the side couples, liked all of them.
Now we wait another week to see what's going to happen with the body snatcher.
