31 & 32...What is even going on? I feel like I missed a big chunk of the story. Where the heck is it?? Look, I've been sat for the questionable hair extensions, the daddy of dragons, the side quest of marriage counseling, a random bear and the all over the place plot. Are we now in a different timeline? Timezone? Alternate universe? I know something is going on but I'm not really sure what it is at this point. Can't wait for tomorrow!!
I feel like this is a group project that went really wrong. They're all just like get 2 dudes, a house, and we'll create the plot and edit this mess on vibes only. I mean, get that bag to help your mom or whatever.
I'm a newbie with watching costume/period dramas, I'm more of a modern drama girly. I just noticed that this is #3 of a series? Should I watch the others before finishing this? As I'm navigating through this new drama world, I have a couple of questions if someone could educate me a little, please. I tried looking but got really confused. I'm still learning all the different lingo etc.1. Why does everyone spit blood? Like, is it a prerequisite while casting for these types of dramas? If I took a shot for every time it happens per episode, I'd be knocked out cold on the floor by episode 3!2. Are a lot of the world building complex? It seems like it's so much that it gets confusing. 3. The wardrobe/sets are stunning! Are they all like that? So far I'm enjoying this one. I mean, I'm kinda understanding it, I think. I certainly don't know anything about it, but it's entertaining!
I couldn't even imagine explaining this show to a non BLer. You're like, visually 🧐 10/10. Plot? um, well it's kinda there, I think. Yeah, no, it's plotting but not fully plotting with a twist of Sci-fi/parallel worlds type of situation, I think. Jury is still out on that one. It's a head scratcher for sure, but it's good! I think 🤔 And they just look at you with a blank stare. 😶 Yeah, me too. 😶
Yikes! How many times is PJG going to have to sacrifice himself for her job? I don't know how he does it. I get that he loves her, but when is enough, enough?
I can't believe Gao would put his ego and jealousy above L&P and its employees. I'm no fan of Fang Zhi Jing but the dude is right. They have an opportunity to make that company (that was handed to Gao) really big and Gao can't see past his jealousy over Li Xun. Gah, I can't wait for his downfall. He deserves whatever comes his way.
This is the second drama I've seen this in, but does anyone know the significance of couples buying new bedroom doors before they get married? Is it like out with the old, in with the new type of thing?
I still find it so fascinating that the mom and sister are treating Soo Jung being adopted like it's the ultimate betrayal. She can't help being adopted! She didn't want to keep it a secret so why are they taking it out on her?! Then those two couldn't even cook for themselves! Ugh they make me so stabby. Soo Jung is definitely the bigger person coming home to cook for them while her poor mom is so sick. Oh man, the mom going in and out like that is so sad.
2 takeaways from this weekends episodes. For some reason, being adopted is like a dirty little secret. Apparently if a woman is 2 years older than a man, she might as well pack up her crusty-dusty life and move to a remote village somewhere living out her remaining days alone. Tick tock your days are numbered I guess. Like, she's 42 not 122! 42 and 40 are not old!
It's getting too dramatic for me. And is going to be even worse when Tae Yang is going to find out about Tae Joon.…
Omg yes, she was so cruel. I was a little shocked when she said she hated him. He emailed her weekly for 3 years and worried about her all that time and she pulled that bs?! Girl, bye. Go be miserable and have your pity party somewhere else.
This show makes me want to day drink and I don't even drink!! Hey, if anyone can figure out what we all just watched, please let me know. Talk to me like I'm 5 because nothing, and I mean nothing, made any sense. I'll even get you paper and crayons to draw me pictures. My brain is not braining right now.
All I can do is giggle at this point. I stopped being shocked many episodes ago. Oh and what happened to the ghost baby? Why bring him in the story but have no followup?! This is the stuff that I don't understand with the writer. Take out all the ghost crap, it's been pretty decent. Not perfect, obviously, but not absolutely horrible.
High-five to all of us for sticking it out for 48 episodes!! This is a drama I will never forget!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. The men crying and whining about how their exes leveled up and being extremely jealous and hating it. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA *deep breath* HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Good.
I can't believe there's only 4 episodes left. So glad it's going back to 2 episodes a week. It just doesn't seem like everything can be wrapped up, but what do I know. I can't get over the chocolate eating ghost kid or that those words are even coming out my mouth. Although I keep complaining about the writer, she's great at getting people to talk about her show and having us tune in every week to see what crazy is about to go down next. I swear she's one step away from aliens, fairies or dinosaurs.
Kudos to the cast getting through every episode knowing the writer is writing some 🦇💩🤪 stuff. They're like I'm getting paid so cheers! I swear I sound drunk when I'm explaining all these plot lines to other non-drama watchers. The very first thing they ask is why haven't I dropped it yet?! Um, I've been on this crazy train for 2 1/2 seasons, there's no getting off yet till the very crazy end. I NEED CLOSURE, OKAY!
High-five to all of us for sticking it out for 48 episodes!! This is a drama I will never forget!
