Dramatic Leo

I just want to give a big shout out to actor Lee Tae Gon. I know he's been out of the drama circle for awhile and I've never seen any other of his dramas, but he's doing something right when he wakes up every morning knowing everybody hates his character. That's some great acting right there. So kudos to him bringing life to the most hated character (for me) in this drama.

Show of hands who love to see the doctor miserable?! Hahahahahaha *deep breath* hahahahahaha. Good.

Came for Miles, staying for little man. These 2 and each episode are growing more and more on me.

That would be a great interview. I bet they were emotionally exhausted after it, I know I would be.

Okay characters aside, those 2 actors were phenomenal going back and forth like that. That was nonstop dialog between them and I'm sure that whole couch scene took a lot of work especially memorizing pages and pages of script or not. Real life people, great job! Fake character doctor, still hate you!!

Yes! Absolutely her too! She needs to go back to the US with her mom. Girl, bye!

I can't wait for the doctor to go down. I want to be yelling timber! He just manipulates and lies to everyone. I don't even care about the other 2 anymore, I just want to see epic revenge.

You would think a season and a half in it would be clearer. He's the only character that I don't know why he's even there.

Seo Ban is a man of mystery. Does he like Shi Eun? It seems like he's interacting with her more. I don't know, but he was all smiles talking to the kids.

That creaking sound effect is driving me absolutely crazy in this show! Why do they insist on using it over and over in every episode?! It goes off every 5 minutes it seems. Is there not any other sound effect they could use in Thai dramas?

She wanted to say that out loud but she actually didn't. She was playing it out in her mind.

I swear the step mom is one step away from boiling a bunny Fatal Attraction style.

Yes, I'm going to call it off now because my wife is suspicious, but if you're still single in 2 years, let's circle back into this relationship. Omg wth?! I used to think the professor was the worst, but no, the doctor is. I can't wait to hear his excuse on why he was cheating. His wife puts his underwear in the refrigerator for crying out loud! He gets treated like a king. What is it, the game? Just wants to juggle women? I don't get it.

Of course she's dead. Of course she'll probably come back. This is The Penthouse after all. Pretty much all the dead come back to life as history has shown. I swear, the writer is one step away from unicorns and UFOS at this point. We keep going in circles and I can't wait to see what the point is with all of this over- the- top crazy.

He is who he is and likes the game, as he told her. She's a grown woman choosing to play that game by continually seeking him out. He maybe toxic but she obviously likes it, hence having fun with him. So have lots of safe and consented fun with him, then move on to someone who wants to be in a relationship. Pretend people are allowed to sleep around too.

The best character for me is the brother. He's come a long way since the very beginning. He really turned it around and I love how supportive and caring he is. That whole bankbook scene really melted my heart.

My view is that both were wrong, but more so Hyun Gyu. Why did he ask JI to break up with her over text? He clearly didn't like her enough to do it himself and he knew she was sitting outside in the rain waiting for him and still ignored her, that's really messed up. JI I think at the time was trying to be a good friend but knew what HG was doing was wrong. This whole triangle is messy but this past episode he left her alone for 3 months to sort out her feelings etc. But she also knew getting back together with HG was a no-go since she only knows 18 year old him, not the present him and once she got her head out of the past, I don't think she really liked present him. JI knew she was stuck and never going to move on so he helped her in his own no nonsense kinda way through her writing since that's how she expresses herself. This is just my thoughts on it. I do think their storyline doesn't make a ton of sense and not really needed, but I'm just going along with it because you know in dramaland you gotta have that second lead etc.

This whole creepy step mom/dead husband ghost thing is so beyond ridiculous.

The boy who plays Ha Jun is so good in his roles. Whenever he cries in anything, I just want to hug him.
