Considering "Go Ahead " has 46 episodes and "Family by choice" has 16 episodes, we should think from a slightly different perspective. Go ahead had enough time to tell us how much they all mean to each other and for us to understand their choices in life while "family by choice" can only do so much. tbh for me I think I'm just relieving all the Go Ahead memories while watching this drama.

I really hoped they would make the Korean version of the Go Ahead theme song😭That song is one of the best songs I ever heard and it rattles my soul every time I hear it. And it also managed to bring out the true essence of the drama. But I don't think they will make the Korean version of it🥹🥹

Hats off to the child actors!! They did a brilliant job!! I know it's inevitable to compare this with the Chinese version, the first 2 episodes were good, I was smiling like an idiot at the stupid antiques of the 3 kids.

In the final episode did I finally realize why they keep highlighting the mother's relationship. If not for the mothers, Seung Hyo, Seok Ryu and Mo Eum wouldn't have been friends.

but wouldn't that be even more cruel to the girl? Like she was going to have the baby trusting the bf. But if they do a DNA test and if the baby is not his, then he will live for the rest of his life knowing the child is not his. and being the indecisive guy he is, he will surely leave Hui Seong. But if he didn't do the test, he would spend the rest of his life looking at the kid wondering if the kid looked like him. Doing a test itself is doubting the girl, which will cause her to feel bad. so one way or the other, it will be like a fish bone stuck in the throat.

obv it's not entirely her fault but she actually entertained the fact that she can make thing work with that indecisive guy she calls a bf.
