goong- in the palace there are a lot of butterflies decorations on the food and walls, i know it would go on the tapestry category, but in the first 3 episodes, you see a lot of them.
Would an attempt to hurt someone be okay. For example: In Hana Kimi Taiwan (2006), someone pushes a flower pot (with flowers in them) to hurt the female lead.
In Touch Your Heart (Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Ah), there was a scene somewhere in the first few episodes ( it is either episode 1, 2, or 3) there was a recreation of a scene from Descendants of the Sun
Falling in love like a romantic drama 1-3- actors learning about acting in a romance drama (from chemistry to learning how to act with your co-star, the acting coach does say some nuggets about each actor at the end of each season and how to improve)
Better Days- Social Commentary about bullying in school and outside of school. Also how it affects the victims.
The First Responders- learning the protocols of a firefighter/peramedics throughout the series.
Unlocked- similar to Jessica's comment about Stolen Identity since it is an adaptation of the Japanese movie.

The Glory 1-&2- I am not entirely sure if it should be here. It seemed to me that the show shows us the effects of the bullying long-term. It is also a warning to all that people can take revenge on people who do did them wrong if you bully people. You are more than welcome to take it off if it doesn't fit here.
