I put Pumpkin time in this category because the FL lead was a boy when he was younger then something happens and turns into a girl. The tag is gender swap. Does that count? If it doesn't take it off.
Bokura no Shokutaku: Both MLs and one of the ML's brother work together to make rice balls (grenades as the kid calls them because of the size) in episode 1
Till the Moon Ends: A Crow talks to the Male Lead throughout eps 2-5 (currently on as of writing this comment) it also like a spy to keep an eye on his enemies and what they are doing when the ML is not around them. I consider the crow as a pet/ a demon spiritual animal of sorts. If that doesn't count, you can remove from the list.
Not Me- Teaches about the unequal social and gender equality in Thailand.
Gokusen Season 1-3 plus movie- the teacher teaches each student that is focused on the meaning of life and not to give up on their life just because of the prejudice against them (delinquent students).
Kim Woo Bin and Song Ji Hyo were in a short movie from Vietnam called This is Living or Day Moi La Song. It is a CF/advertisement type of short film. Here is the link to that movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fctb-w_JH9E
I remember when he was awarded the best supporting actor for Terrius Behind Me, he wanted to be a lead in a romantic drama, everyone was just silent. Is this going to be the ticket. I wanted to see him as a lead for a while since I saw him in Weightlifting Kim Bok Joo. But EAW really made me see him in a new light. Hope this helps him get what he wants!!
I have been re-watching this recently. It still holds up even after not seeing it since the drama ended. I agree with you. This Zhi Shu is fantastic. He seems nicer than the other versions and I still love the Japanese versions and the Taiwanese versions. I love that we get small, but important moments between Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin because it makes the story more believable and the couple more organic. When I first watched it, it was on my top 3 adaptations because of these moments.
Thanks for making an article like this. This is giving me all the recommendations for dramas to watch next year for the challenge. I want to try to get into Hong Kong dramas, but I can never seem to get into them. I usually can get into Hong Kong movies more than dramas. I also want to dive into the early dramas of the 80s-early 2000s. Thanks for the recommendations. Keep up the great work!

I have a question about this one since it does confuse me a little. Does a person need to say the word D.N.A or do we need to see someone use something to detect D.N.A? Can you give a little bit of clarification about it? Thanks it would help a lot.
