It is still one of the most popular variety shows in China, so most likely yes, although according to rumors on…
yeah i've seen some rumors about her having some issues with her back so playing the games are going to be rough on her, i'm gonna miss her, she brings so much laughter to this show
OMG the king's 180 in episode 35 was like those white vans of death hitting me. And its soooooo suspicious that…
Yan Li's mom wasn't assaulted by the king. Her dissociation from the world is implied throughout the story but once you get to the end you understand why. I can explain why she's dissociated but I don't want to spoil anything for you.
Late Emperor +Empress Dowager= 2 sons - Yan Huai , Yan Lin / Prince RuiLate Emperor + Concubine= Prince Xin+ Princess…
Yan Han "saves" the Yan Huai (the emepror) during the Fu Chengyu rebellion/ambush incident. A soldier was about to stab Yan Huai when Yan Han arrives and intervenes killing the soldier. He then takes Yan Huai to a secluded place where he stabs Yan Huai and kills him. Afterwards, he burns off his birthmark and switches clothes with Yan Huai. He takes Yan Huai's body to a cave and hides behind Yan Huai setting Yan Huai's body on fire to discard evidence. He assumes the identity of Yan Huai from here on out. Therefore, when he returns and sits on the throne, he grants the "dead" Yan Han the title of Prince Yi for his contributions to "saving" the emperor even though the actual emperor died that day and Yan Han is still alive.
What a perfect ending, mutual destruction for all who wanted power for themselves. I jumped for joy when that…
I know!! Honestly this is such a satifying drama, all the annoying people meet their doom. I could have lived with them being alive since it was already nearing the end so them dying was actually unexpected but somewhat still satisfying.
Ep 38 is already released but I don't know if you've gotten the chance to watch that or not. I can explain but there are massive spoilers ahead so be ready. Basically, Empress Dowager had two twin sons, Yan Huai and Yan Han. She only kept Yan Huai and had Yan Han sent out of the palace as a child. He grows up under Madam Qian's care and accidentally learns the truth about his birth. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think in earlier episodes, it's reveal that Prince Yi, Yan Li's father rose from the ranks of a soldier and then was granted marriage and conferred the title of Prince Yi. Yan Huai is out on some mission and gets attacked. Yan Han comes and saves him only to kill him shortly afterwards and switch their clothing and set Yan Huai on fire so that he can become emperor. After the emperor's are switched, Yan Han can't publicly acknowledge that Yan Li is his biological son otherwise it make other's suspicious since he favors Yan Li and disregards the Crown Prince and Prince Cheng so he made Yan Li his godson. I hope this explanation helps!!
Too bad he didn’t take off that bastard’s “male essence“ with one of those arrows.
that actually makes a lot of sense. i saw how the little boy was really scared when he first saw the current emperor and why he doesn't like really listen to him. now that you've mention it, i can see how the emperor is a little sus. like he keeps on wanting to control shouxi army like really desperately probably out of fear that if people start digging up the old cases, prince rui might use the army to hold him accountable. i might actually take a look at the novel out of curiousity. thanks for your explanation!!
Could this be considered an HE? https://v.douyin.com/3-lGk6Jjjx0/
(sorry for the spoilers ahead) it seems like a happy ending (hopefully) otherwise i can't take it anymore. also from the video it looks like yan chi's father will die as well but princess yongning and yan li are getting their happy ending. pretty sure a palace fight will break out, not sure if yan chi will be ok but i think he will be unharmed
his meltdown was so funny and yunqi in the background like “ok i’m done talking to you is useless see ya”
yeah i went through yeah no....as much as i love xu kai and wang yang from their previous dramas respectively if im able to forget about a drama i started means a lot to me personally but as someone who also experience with editing and stuff i can say i hated the editing although im sure part of it is to blame on the new rules for dramas where they can't be longer than 36 episodes, pretty sure kunlun was filmed before then and then got shelved for a bit until they re-editted some of the episodes so that it would make the 36 episode cut not gonna waste time on this one time for another drama ig

ok so uh im guessing i could just drop it then because i would rather not waste my time on it when i have a bunch of other things to do and watch #senioryear

yeah at first when i started, i didn't pay much attention to the cast and then i was like this guy looks familiar...and i check and im like i was right...hopefully he and dyq can become maybe friends or something at least, he can still differentiate that his father is different from him, i remember in the beginning, he didn't see this line...character development coming soon i hope

yeahhh her character is written to be a little slow and robot like since her shifu is like a father figure and so she listens to him with everything, even when it's probably against her will, hopefully she gets a character development sometime soon because if it keeps going on imma be annoyed
i honestly started because of xu kai and i didn't realize that the actor who played luo yunsong was also in here (i saw him in you are my hero w/ bai jingting and ma sichun where he played ma sichun's mentor)

i miss the times when i was able to binge dramas, there have been really good ones in the past but i feel like for this year, especially the middle of the year, there's barely any good ones and so now im just really skeptical to start a new drama in fear that i might end up dropping it later on even if i watched it for a certain actor/actress

hahaha i have given up on waiting i actually kind of enjoy airing dramas now since i’m back in school and it’ll limit me from being constantly glued to the screen
