& I feel like I have to mention this, as someone who grew up without a father with my mom and older brothers (dad passed away when i was only 2), some people around me, ( especially old people or my classmates, just like in the drama with that guy and the ahjummas ) have said it in my face "it must be unfortunate for you to live such a life" "oh poor you", at those moments it really hurt me but I didn't have an answer I just smiled and nodded while wondering inside my head how can people be so mean and inconsiderate to others!. But watching this drama really made me regret not answering like Juwon, I still remember her line “No we're not unfortunate at all. Who's ordinary in this world? What family doesn't have a story? Everyone is special in their own way.” This one scene made me really emotional I cried a lot. Also every scene where they discuss their mother-issues gets me emotional they did an amazing job with portraying the characters. ☺️
I think this is my first time rating a drama 10/10 after only watching 4 episodes! idk maybe I'll change it at the end if they disappoint me but at the moment this is how much I'm enjoying it! literally perfect 0 flaws I wanted to cry when i finished all the eps available 😭 Idk how I'm gonna deal with the waiting every week this is cruel
I feel like the fans of the cdrama are totally ruining the fun and experience here.. PLEASE STOP COMPARING AND LET US ENJOY THIS PLEASE literally no one asked you to compare
Amazing!! I don't have much to say but this was the best Korean survival show I've seen in a while. If you're hesitating if you should watch it or not I say go for it you won't regret it
Just finished watching episode 2.. I should've waited for it to get completed how am i supposed to wait for a whole week😭😭😭 IT'S SO GOOD AND ADDICTING, I feel like this is exactly what i was looking for.. fond family, bickering, a bit of sadness a bit of laughter, it's a perfect mix it has everything I like in dramas. I hope it stays this good
HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL, the writers of this drama should be jailed I'm so serious.. having this amazing cast for you to write such a disaster oh these actors are so much better than me What pissed me off is that it started off really good everything about it looked promising until they started mixing every subplot in existence like what was the point? So many things stayed unexplained, so many unnecessary scenes, the episode was too long for no reason at all, many things don't even make sense, They didn't even try to make us understand Seokryu's pov like she just woke up one day and decided to fall in love with her best friend?? Ever since they became together it went downhill cuz it felt so forced and unnatural, they should've focused more about showing us HOW DID SHE LOVE HIM instead of 200 unnecessary plots. Honestly I was more interested in the parents' side story than the first and second couple. But that's just me i guess
This is by far one of the best cooking shows i've ever watched and it's even crazy how i don't usually watch shows…
i agree with everything u said, i literally get bored after watching 2 or 3 episodes but i watched the 10 episodes in one day which is crazy.. they knew how to make it a fun watch
fostering children is different than adoption. you're not officially a 'parent' in this situation even though…
maybe bcz i watched it in Arabic subtitles? but the word they used in the captions where i watched literally meant "adoption/adopted" and not fostering. thx for explaining
