I would rewatch!
LOVED!! The only other KBL I’ve watched was Semantic Error and honestly I prefer this to it. The chemistry between the two was great, even MORE SO outside of filming (watch behinds the scenes of their kiss and their vlogs). I’m not ashamed to say that I regularly watch their kiss on YouTube.I thought this drama was really enjoyable with good pacing; I don’t remember ever being bored or cringing. It was really funny but also had realism, it didn’t feel too camp or anything, I really believed in this couple and their development. They went from enemies to friends/good colleagues to lovers. And you really saw the transitions between each. For a drama that’s what, less than 4 hours total? That’s pretty impressive.
Some highlights include the piggy (if you know you know), Jiwoong shirtless and hot af in episode one, and Jiwoong’s character saying sarang 🥹 (don’t remember what his name was as I’m writing this 2 months after watching).

Fell short of the mark
First 5 episodes were fairly good; I didn't love the dubcon in the beginning but it wasn't dragged for too long so I enjoyed watching the smut/fluff. Boss & Noeul are hot so that helps. Episode 6 is where things start to go downhill, the biker guy was so cringe and was probably the worst actor in the series. Him kidnapping Rain in Episode 7 was the most OTT thing I've ever seen, it was silly and I had to look away from the screen a lot because of how much I was cringing. Now, whereas I tolerated the first couple well enough, I straight up did not like the second couple and the show got extremely hard to watch. Unlike how Rain/Payu had a clear 'mouth says no, body says yes' thing going on, Sky was being HARASSED by Prapai. He did not show interest in the first few episodes of their story, he genuinely seemed bothered. Also, there was no REASON for their relationship to happen. There was no reason for Prapai to fall for Sky. It just didn't make sense. Prapai had no character or personality at all.
LITA is only hyped for the NSFW scenes and yeah those are good, but it's not enough to hold up the whole show. I couldn't really enjoy the scenes because even though the chemistry was there, there wasn't anything actually strong about the relationships so I didn't feel as connected as I should have.
Acting: Ranges from bad to okay, but no one was good if I'm being honest. Some facial expressions were repetitive from each character although I guess the acting matches the low budget vibes so I can't complain too much.

Went in with low expectations; still disappointed
Listen, I wasn’t expecting a masterpiece; it is a light rom com after all, so I was expecting some things to be over the top and I was liking the show overall, however I felt more and more bored as it continued.Dislikes:
- The kidnapping subplot was SO random and did nothing for the story. Legit added nothing and didn’t change either of the characters. It was silly and felt cheap.
- I hated that Naoya was waiting all day for Kota to show up in the beginning of the show. That’s just going too far. Naoya stayed liking Kota 10000x more than Kota likes him. Kota is just way too immature.
- Kota makes a show of “please let me stay at your place” at the end, when at this point it has been WELL ESTABLISHED that Naoya wants him to stay at his place. I could no longer handle the obliviousness from him, and the lack of romance in general. The kiss in the first episodes dupes you into thinking they’ll have more skinship.

Nice, low stakes watch
I wasn't a fan of how in episodes 2-3 Jaeyoung was literally harassing/stalking Sangwoo, but when Sangwoo started warming up to him the show became addicting and I binged it. Then in episode 7 Sangwoo started being stubborn and distant and that really bothered me tbh. I understood he had trouble expressing his feelings, however at that point there wasn't a good reason for Jaeyoung to crush on him so hard to the point where he would give up his dream school for him. Besides all of that, this is an overall good BL; I'd recommend it, it's not life changing or the best show ever but it's solid. Was this review helpful to you?

Disappointing
Alright so, I have not read the manga nor watched the J- drama (however I definitely want to watch it now because it looks better). To start, I just thought the episodes were way too long for what the story was. At some points the show seemed to just be trying to fill time with random stuff. I was EXTREMELY and I mean EXTREMELY bored most of the time and even had to start speeding it up.
Karan was kind of a creep, like when he was secretly waiting outside of Achi’s window every night? And Achi wss VERY passive and boring. He had no expressions in his face most of the time and no character. I didn’t feel convinced that he actually liked Karan as much as Karan liked him. I’ve only seen clips of the J-drama and alresdy Adachi there has more facial expressions.
What really bothered me was how Karan wasn’t mad at Achi when he found out that all along he’s been reading his mind. Not mad at all, not even uncomfortable! Like what? I was tensed up waiting all along for him to find out and then nothing happens. So the tension was built up for no reason.
The Kem plot line was just weird as hell. Don’t know what the purpose of it was. It didn’t add to either character.
There seems to be a standard in Thai dramas to be 45 min x 12 episodes but I don’t think that formatting fit this. It would’ve been better with less episodes or less time.
