I will definitely watch this, and I really hope it rocks, because I have seriously been trying to lure my friends into the amazing world of Asian dramas for three years. My only glimpse of success is persuading one friend to watch Hana Yori Dango (she loved it, but she ended up getting impossibly confused)
Will you give Akira more to do? Because he was always just there... and I don't think he actually really contributed much to the story in either version, so it may as well have been an F3.
WOw... I actually am having a difficult time imagining it with Americans... but I did LOVE the Japanese Hana Yori Dango. The Korean one was a bit of a mess, but Lee Min Ho changed me world, and it was my first kdrama, so I suppose I have a soft spot for it.
How many episodes will there be? Will it be like Asian drama format with 16-24 episodes, or will there be potential for more seasons and for the script to be expanded on? Also, in America, the next CEO of a company is usually not the son of the past CEO and arranged marriage is pretty unheard of... Will you be changing things to make more sense to the American audience?

I'll check it out! I love a good anime.
I am actually in a bit of a drama slump. :(
Although, Best Love (Korean drama) has been hilarious. I have a softspot for a good rom-com, although they are hard to come by. Have you seen a good japanese drama lately? I've been in the mood for one, but I can't seem to find one I really like.

Actually, it's from Hi My Sweetheart with Show Lou and Rainie Yang. My fave Rainie drama by far. The chemistry and kisses were to die for!
I don't know why but when I read the plot of Secret I can't help think of Innocent Man.. I think their plot is…
Yeah, Song Joongki was the best decision that drama ever made. Although, I LOVED Moon Chae Won in it as well

Yeah, I mostly watch Korean and Japanese now. Who is the anime couple you mentioned as your favorite on your profile? They look adorable.

Hello! Yes, I'm Chinese, and my mom used to try and get me to watch Chinese dramas ALL the time. Unfortunately, the ones she and my grandparents watched were all those, super-long, Japanese occupation period pieces with screaming and guns and more screaming. Then, I discovered my first Taiwanese drama, a remake of the Korean Shining Inheritance, and the rest was history. I used to watch a lot of Chinese or Taiwanese dramas, but nowadays I'm having a hard time finding ones I like.

It is!
But I read that the chaebol wants revenge on Hwang Jung Eum's character because he thinks she really was the one who killed the girl in the hit and run, and that girl was his first love who he's hung up on. He then falls for Hwang Jung Eum's character
I am really excited for this drama! It keeps sounding better and better. I don't care for any of the Girls Generation actors, but I don't hate them either so it won't affect my decision to watch i she is cast or isn't But the production team s amazing, and I really like the idea.
I have to say though, does her shirt in the picture freak anyone else out?
The plot was okay, but the acting was AMAZING!
Kim Bum was great in this! I just hope at the end we'd been given a sign that his character was... doing well or something, like no longer a secluded hermit
Superb!!! My parent's reactions are exactly that and so are my friends who are not into all this stuff.... I never…
When I first got into Asian dramas I constantly tried telling my friends about this amazing world I had discovered. I learned the hard way that they would never understand...

Oh, that's Rainie Yang and Show Lou in the Taiwanese Hi My Sweetheart (great drama, rocky beginning)
Anyway, I LOVE Hana Yori Dango. It's my favorite remake. By the way, your profile pic was one of my favorite kisses ever.
