My mom used to try to get me to watch Chinese dramas for a my entire childhood. Then, one fateful Thanksgiving day, she turned on the Chinese remake of Shining Inheritance, and I got addicted, even with my limited Chinese understanding (come on, jerry Yan was in it, who needs understanding). I watched it with her, waiting for episodes to come out each week. By the time it was over, I spent my entire winter break in front of my PC watching Meteor Garden and Meteor Garden 2.
Now, she greatly regrets bringing me into this glorious world... (of dramas)
Police Family sounds good. It's SOO cliche, but I crave that stuff.
Also, I have wanted to see Good Doctor from the getgo. I respect Joowon as an actor, and I ADORE Moon Chaewon, and the premise really interests me. I didn't know about the domestic violence part, and that intrigues me more, because I can see some heartbreaking scenes coming from that...
Anyway, I love Jo Insung, but I don't know about Kwon Bob. I read scifi, but I don't watch it, and honestly, the title Kwon Bob... concerns me.
Most of these I haven't actually seen, but I don't really agree with number one. Although it may be just me, but she always annoyed me. Then again, Jandi did as well

I see you crave Annie Chen with George Hu as much as I do
I hate to judge something before it starts, because these plot descriptions hardly ever truly capture the entirety of the situation, but this sounds like one of the cheesiest, most ridiculous plots ever.
UGH! So excited when I saw Oguri Shun, but it seems like he'll be dead for most of the drama...
Then I see Yamapi and Erika Toda and I'm like... BOOYAH! But Erika kind of sounds like an annoying second female lead here, and the plot doesn't really interest me either. Guess I'll be turning to Love Around and kdramas for the rest of the summer...
Oh my gosh. First episode = DAEBAK.
The acting is sweet (loved George Hu for...forever), the OST is GOLD, the script is so perfect for the mood, whether it's trying to be funny or melancholy. Plus, I love the 'feel' to it. It isn't weird and cheesy like SO MANY Taiwanese rom-coms, and yet it isn't very depressing either
I saw that a lot of people had Choi Young over Himura Kenshin... but the guy is like... 'THE samurai' and can kill five men in approximately three seconds. Seriously.
Dang, ever since I have grown up watching various CDramas (some good but many VERY bad) and hearing old Chinese ladies scream at other from the TV in my kitchen, I have sworn against Chinese dramas, especially historical because there are SO MANY and all of them are virtually the same. BUT, this sounds really good!

Man, that trailer looked really good! And since I speak Chinese I won't have to wait for subs! SO EXCITED! (If only I didn't have commitment problems... (barely can finish 16 episodes much less 80...)
