I decided to watch this because I wanted to see Zhang Binbin in another modern drama (the effect of currently i'm watching The Blossoming Love 😝). I’ve watched another modern drama of his before, titled Here We Meet Again, but I had to stop halfway because I found the plot frustrating, haha.
After watching up to episode 22, i realized that Zhang Binbin’s character here isn’t much different from his role in The Blossoming Love 🙃 He plays a cold ML at first—the typical “tsundere” type—who gets flirted constantly by the FL until he eventually warms up to her. Then, unexpectedly, their roles reverse, and the ML starts chasing the FL because of some unforeseen event 🙄 As far as i can recall, his character in Here We Meet Again wasn’t much different either, though I don’t remember it clearly.
But honestly, I just wanted to see ZBB 😃 actually the plot of this drama is cliché and boring. i’m only sticking just for ZBB and Yu Shuxin.
As for the second couple—WTH!!! Their side story is utterly pointless. A guy lying to the girl from start just to get close to her ? Completely nonsensical. I skipped through all their scenes

The production house of this drama uploaded the series on their YouTube channel. Last i checked, it was up to episode 18, if I’m not mistaken. The name of their YouTube channel is Youhug Media Official Channel 耀客文化官方频道 But as for me, i watch it on the WeTV app
A very satisfying happy ending 😍 The storyline was well-structured until the end and not draggy at all, especially with the incredible on-screen and off-screen chemistry between Xiao Lin and Meng Jie. (From their behind the scnene videos, press conferences, promotions, interviews and variety shows, they seem so close to each other and super cute. No wonder many people support this CP 😚)
I don’t regret deciding to watch this because of their adorable chemistry in the variety shows 😆

LOL 😆this is also my first time doing it for episode 29. I had to fast-forward through SH and Ansu’s scenes 🫣. It’s so annoying to see this couple 🤨. our zhao zhao momo couple didn’t get much screentime in this episode 😢🥺
Today’s episode had very little screentime for Song Mo and Dou Zhao 😟. Well, at least it gave a bit of insight into Song Han’s ambitions and Jiyong. Aaah, about Jiyong… ugh, why is his character becoming so annoying? Ugh!

The first couple in the drama already ended in an SE. Dou Ming died because Wei Ting Yu was a useless husband 🙄, but they loved each other deeply.
The second couple seems to be heading for an SE as well, even though the drama hasn’t revealed the outcome yet. This is because Song Han chose to turn evil, and in a trailer scene, Miao Ansu is shown stabbing Song Han.
As for the last couple, based on the novel, they end in an HE. However, in the drama, it’s still uncertain because they were only paired recently (besides the main couple, Song Mo & Dou Zhao, whom i absolutely adore 😍, i also really like this couple—they’re so cute 😃)
