Congratulations on your success.. I misstepped.. My best friend tried Sungkyunkwan Scandal ( one of my favs) , she's older, she couldn't keep up with the subbing :/ and she kept asking me " Was I supposed to know she was a girl? Did you know she was a girl"? She didn't get past 1/2 first ep..Not really my fault.. Then my daughter tried.. Coffee Prince.. she couldn't get into it and that's my fault, I don't think I should have picked that one to start her. I just loved it and Gong Yoo so much. But upon reflection, the first ep is corny , you need to get into the story to appreciate, and to fall for the ML:) I should have started her on historical maybe, something that wouldn't seem dated or corny for a modern story. They both gave up.

yes, and they even make clunking sounds when they walk on grass. It's hilarious, such bad sound effects

Well , too bad about Muse.. I don't blame them for being offended. Seems there is a better way than shutting down to everyone, but oth, I am not the one doing the work and being offended. I would def. pay at Muse's site, but there is no option to do so. So no judgement.I hope someone picks it up , and if so, please post if they find it.

It's not really a remake.. it's def. influenced by it.

This drama is lightweight , romantic and funny sometimes. I enjoy that. Sungkyunkwan Scandal is one of my favs, this isn't it, altho of course it's a similar setup.But that's ok, this is fun. The FL is an odd choice imo, I don't dislike her, but don't feel enamored of her either. The ML is doing a good job, but his wig and make up are done poorly imo so it distracts me. I have to say , for me, Xie Bin Bin steals his scenes. He has a great physical comedy side to him and comedic timing. I feel like Lui Yi Chang is wasted in this role. I saw him in I've Fallen For You and thought he was refreshing, funny and ML quality. In this role he mostly grunts. I also have to say the two moles in the school that are comedy relief really amuse me. I usually don't like slapstick, but they are on this side of it, and their facial expressions are gold.

I like the show ok, and the concept. Yes, it's has a similarity to Sungkyunkwan Scandal , but that's one of my fav dramas. The thing I am not crazy about is the girl, I hope she grows on me.. She just sort of odd.

I will be shocked if this gets released.. I hope it does. However, I also worry that it will have a sad ending.. so it's all wait and see for me:)

Well, there was something red on her shoulder.. He had seen it.. he thought it was a tattoo or birthmark. She has neither, so I am assuming. I have only watched until ep 6 also, so there may have been other things that came out that I haven't seen.

Is Legend of White Snake 2019 the one that has a happy ending?

I've only watched until ep 6 but it's fun, I am enjoying it. Yes, it has loopholes and things that make you go " huh?!" But oth, he's cold and clever, but sweet also and he liked her first! She is desperate, but she's not a doormat, nor clumsy and stupid. Also, his mother doesn't hate her .I think they are trying to switch that formula up a tiny bit and it's fun.

Yes, but I think the FL prob had an injury at the time and she is the one who saved him. Just my opinion

He may not vary his acting .. altho, he did stretch as an actor in Gangham... but still, never played any of the type of characters you mentioned, ceo, king etc that I know of.... he mostly does romances, they sell, and it's a career that is working for him. I didn't like several of his dramas, but not because of him. I am not huge dedicated fan, but I have enjoyed him in some of his dramas.

I am on 6th ep. I can't help feeling wary of the ML, and I do like him and how he pursues her, but I know from the previews he breaks up with her so I am already upset at him haha
