Well, full disclosure I didn't like MSP and wound up not finishing it. Maybe one day, but something about it just didn't work for me at the time.

I am watching that! It wasn't even on my radar but youtube recced and I was in the mood to go 'why not' so I did. I haven't seen episode two yet but I really liked the first ep. I agree that it's not doing anything revolutionary, but I sympathize so hard with Pat. I'm hoping it'll be what A Boss and A Babe wound up not being for me. I wound up quitting that one, too.

I hope that this trend of having BL shows in the workplace setting or just the adult world keeps on. Sometimes I feel like Thailand is way more willing to play with the tried and true formula and that can be very hit or miss. I did read somewhere that one of the directors (or maybe it was a producer?) said that they want to move away from the normal type of BL plot and just start having stories where the characters happen to be gay (like MC), and I hope that is something that we start to see more of, too, mixed in with the more traditional BL.

Actually my favorite thing out of Thailand so far this year isn't a BL, it was Midnight Museum. I loved that show so much it pretty much ate my life for weeks.

I haven't started The Eighth Sense yet but I keep hearing good things.

Seconding Moonlight Chicken! I really didn't expect it to be that great but it surprised me. It's less your typical BL though and a little more slice of life where the leads happen to be gay. it's definitely more adult and I just adore it. I do generally enjoy Thai BLs but yeah, you kind of have to turn parts of your brain off sometimes. With MC I didn't have to do that, and it was so refreshing.

The one I am most looking forward to is The Eclipse and I am determined to be pleased. i genuinely do not care, I will watch Akk and Aye do just about anything and I trust that the banter will remain intact even if nothing else does. Those two deserve some smiling honestly.

But I know that making sure I come in with as good an attitude as possible means not speculating on what's going to happen and not expecting anything, so I haven't even watched the trailer. I will just low key vibrate for the entire week while trying not to think about why. :D

Honestly I'll take it over more tears. I think they both cried enough in The Eclipse.

Yeah. It's sad but it's also kind of expected, though, since the show is over and people don't know if there will be a 2nd season. People move on fast!

Well, I personally rated it high for sheer enjoyment. Did it have its issues? Yep. But I had a great time and I find it incredibly rewatchable.

I actually only really care about two of the shows , lol. But I bet I could binge watch A Tale of A Thousand Stars before this airs, and if I like it I'll have three that I'm really jazzed about.

Excited to see such a close release date! I had a feeling when I saw how quickly everything was being filmed.

It's definitely happening, I guess (or to stick to facts I know for sure, a vampire BL is happening) - I heard shooting will be probably end of this year/beginning of next? But don't quote me, I get my news second and thirdhand.

I think it's "Dome" in the same sense that Nanon as The One was "Dome" briefly. The body is probably different but that is what Khatha sees because that's where his Dome's consciousness is (kind of like how he saw The One!Nanon as Dome briefly before he realized it wasn't him). I think that that one was just a visual to show us that's where our Dome's consciousness was sent.

Edit: or now that I think of it, it probably is another universe, but it's the one where the Dome Khatha knows was thrown by The One, rather than a random alt!Dome. So another hijacking, ha.

Yes I think you can tell that everyone was really having a blast. Even the one shot guest stars were enjoying themselves immensely. And that in turn made it fun to watch.

I can say freely that I have rewatched multiple times, and now that I have the whole thing I plan on doing a bingewatch to get it all at once. Can't wait. I don't think that anything has beaten this for me for sheer enjoyment in a while.

He'd honestly never been on my radar before this, don't know why - but this put him on it for sure. He did so well as all the characters he had to play, truly a delight to watch.

These are my thoughts. I won't lie and say that it's not flawed or that it couldn't have done things better, but I also can't lie and say that I didn't love almost every episode anyway (five was the one I liked least, I think, and that was because of the auction stuff mostly). I'd give it a ten for sheer enjoyment though. I just had a blast.
