They could have done a better job at portraying a fulfilling growing up version of them, because I think, this has more audience in the young adult than highschoolers of which scenes took up more than half of the whole drama.

I am an adult audience, and it was regrettable that they have put so much highlight of their early 20's and that had seemed to portray unsatisfying and regrettable adulthood (tunnel scene at the present). Min Chae's mom (present Hee Do) seemed so cool with what happened with the past (even forgetting the beach event), and boom, they showed us that, she was actually not cool about it and had the only closure in the tunnel scene, after she had the diary back. I mean, that would be unfair to the father of Min Chae..

Or maybe I just really don't understand her and the message that scene wants to convey.

Nevertheless, this was a gem.

I honestly think that there were earlier in the final episode that could've been the ending and gave us closure, but no, that did not happen. Also, it was a miss that they left us a lot of questions at the end - in the present particularly. They could have paid more attention to the present too when they have included that in every episode. Yet, they chose to brush it off, and convince us that the fleeting 2521 were short and a bliss, and being an adult is a pay off the practice of so called youth.

I think the drop of ratings is just right, but do not lower it anymore because this is such a gem.

Although the writers almost made me a clown at the last half of the final episode. How can they push and pull us like that. That was a bit disappointing that they played with my feelings like that. But I do not regret every second that I spent with this.

I enjoyed it and was satisfied with the ending because I did not give in to be a clown. I avoided all theories that would have otherwise convinced me where the plot was going. :D

It hit different with me because I watched it without knowing the endgame
So I am really glad to have watched this while it was airing :)

The journey/storytelling was what made me stay. The thrill of the last minute of will they really end up with one another or reflect the song was so satisfying. The push and pull was too much for me, but also a much rewarding for me. I would recommend this, but would not rewatch this.

Conclusion: this is more enjoyable without knowing the end game.. :)
