I feel this series will be in par with how I feel about Beauty Inside. How it was a movie at first and then stretched to episodes. I remember having different feelings between the two. I took an interest by the plot (plus the casting) but was weirded out by the movie. I did not expect anything by the series and maybe that is why I enjoyed it much, specially the tandem of Eun Ho and Sa Ra :D High hopes for this remake :)
Those who are saying this is draggy and they should have kept the Japanese standard format of 10 episodes clearly…
As a person who has seen the original, I was anticipating to what they called "dragging" which for me was very essential to their character developments and as you have said, portrayal of the love from episode 1 which thrive till the last episode. The first time i got frustrated was with the last episode where in there were a lot of "after many months/days", "after a year." They could have extended it to more episodes and let us see more of what they were doing in between those times :D I don't love you YET. This remake's title enlightened us to what this drama was all about :P
Is this really Rated 13+ only?? Will never recommend a 13 year old to watch this. This could be in par (not really, just exaggerating a bit..) with the darkness if not darker than sky castle (and sky castle has rated 15+)
But then maybe because the drama does not really evolve much on the tutor teacher but rather, it is just a fragment that contributed to what was going on and became somewhat a builder of their relationship..
Will continue to watch this despite my choding taste of dramas.
Those who liked the original version will like this, I believe :)I have watched the Taiwanese version (the original…
I am blown by those choice of names. Super agree with you on "changing the details but staying true to the original." I'm liking this more than the original (did not finish watching the original) but I'm still crushing on Li Da Ren. :D And those lines of "I don't love you yet" by Ren. I'm confused if he is referring to himself or telling Yo that 'she does not love him yet'..
Wow. This year I am enjoying C dramas more than the K dramas so far. I didn't expect this drama to be so good.…
The siblings remind me a lot of the c-movie "Go brother!" And I agree that there are many enjoyable C dramas this year although I still have more Kdramas than Cdramas in my list though :D
I just skimmed, afraid there might be spoilers as I have not finished it yet, but with the part with Hyeon Moo, I just can't help but savor all the words you typed. And the line that hit me the hardest was when you mentioned that: "The phrase "come and hug me" isn't a request or a challenge when it comes from him, but a heartbreaking plea. " To more great dramas like this and more articles from you :D
i get a lot of these with Jdoramas. (Nakama Yukie will always be Kumiko!!) but because i watch more kdramas, so i get to reconnect faster with whose who and be able to separate characters and actors :D
Episode 5... it's getting messier than ever!! >..< If this keeps up, Yoo Hyun Mi will be my favorite screenwriter next to the writers of the reply series :D
so did he go abroad? cause in the credits (the small video clips), it did not look like it.. i hope there will be a 2nd movie or a special episode to feature how did they continue even after graduating :D
I watched nobunaga concerto but was cut in the middle because I decided to wait for the remaining episodes. But I was not able to continue since then. Thanks to this series I might be able to finally finish nobunaga concerto. :D

So far though, I’m not yet annoyed by her. Hope you’ll give this a try. :)

I hope you'll do another one soon (please consider "sky castle")
