lol I wrote so many notes I’m sad I can’t share them all but I’m supporting (as of now) Jonguen, Yui, Jeemin, Jiyoon, Eunchae, Sujeong, Saebi, and Fuko Especially sujeong, Yui, jonguen, and eunchae This show needs to work on the singing aspect. This show has less vocalists than any other competition show I’ve seen smh

I couldn’t watch cause of the incest. And it was worse than a brotherly/bromance that led to a romance no, he is basically his father figure so it just made it really weird for me. Idc if they’re not blood related, it’s weird. And the fact that the show starts when he’s in middle school is even weirder
so, i first watched the series, then went on to search for the novel to read, then rewatched the series again…
yeah I agree. I don’t often like age gap stories cause the dynamics can be very disturbing sometimes but I think this show did it right. I even liked how they addressed the age gap and waited until they were older. But it’s definitely not grooming, grooming would be to build a relationship so that they can manipulate and abuse the person but Thi never had any ulterior motives and never took advantage of Noey even after he graduated high school. They just wanted to be with each other
this show should be rated higher to be honest. everything is so good about it, it has the perfect development and pacing, the concept and characters are amazing, it’s funny, romantic, has a great soundtrack, and all around comforting. I will 1000% come back to this show it was such a great watch. Whenevr Im feeling down I’ll always go back to this show
I think you’re a very skeptical watcher which can take the joy out of anything you watch. However I do agree with some of your points especially the interpretation of the characters dynamics. I forgot what it is called but it’s a common thing in fantasy films to have a grown adult (for the sexual things) but give them very innocent and childlike traits. For example, the girl in the Fifth Element. And ever since learning that it just makes things weird lol. But this show was very cringey and not worth the watch
hoping it picks up a bit. I feel like it’ll be an okay watch cause there’s nothing really intriguing about the plot or characters.
Like above my comment I see suggestions of Perfect Propose and Old Fashion Cupcake and although those were slice of life as well, they were much more interesting; Perfect Propose through plot (even though the show was ass) and Old Fashion Cupcake through characters and dynamics. I’ll give it to the second episode and then make my decision on rather to drop or not
this is for real Alr one of my favorite dramas. And I love the characters and the actors, Hyeyoon always does such a great job at being a real relatable girl
sorry but they ruined the show. it should have been a 5 episode show instead of 10. It’s annoying how they stretched it out to 10 when they already had so much development and it just made the show boring and the fl annoying
