I dropped the show
It takes me a while to realize I don't like a show until I'm almost finished with it, and that's excactly what happened here. I used to be excited for the next episode and then it started feeling like an obligation to keep watching😕The issues I have with the show are:
The dialogue is bad and cringey, they baby Pat like he isn't a grown man (like the convo with his parents about their divorce was something that should have happened when they first broke up years ago), the music is bad, its WAYY too slowburn, Pat's feelings are so murky it's still even hard to see when he started liking Jeng and if he really does, the other characters stories are executed poorly, and the story overall just isn't that good.
Wouldn't reccomend unless you wanna feel like you wasted your time.

Tried too hard to be deep and complex and made a garbage movie
So I started the movie, really enjoying the ambiance and how it was filmed. But as I get further into the movie, I was confused about if the guy's ra**** is supposed to be the movie's love interest. But then I found out that Kai wasn't his ra****, but still, the things he said to him and how he treated him were not okay. That made the movie unnecessarily triggering. Including all the police scenes. And the dynamic between them was strange and so that was bad. Also, it's like the movie refuses to see him as an actual victim. Like I can understand if they did that in a satirical way like that's how society actually treats men who have experienced s3xual abuse, but no; the tone conveys that he isn't one and shouldn't feel or be treated as such, and the real victim is Kai. (Kai is a victim but MC was one aswell.)
Also the rap is such a random and unnecessary element of the movie. It's so weird that rap is an integral part of the story. The rapping isn't even that bad, but it just comes across as cringe.
Overall the movie was bad and unnecessarily messy. I wasn't looking for a happy ending because someone who goes through that kind of trauma isn't gonna be all rainbows and sunshine in the end, but still, his death was dumb. The movie was just bad okay!
If you rated this movie high, something is wrong with you. It's like the aesthetic of the movie won you over and how it talks about serious issues, but the truth of the matter is: the movie was poorly written and thought out

Weird but good
Sometimes I just expect weirdness from a Japanese drama because they be having some outlandish plots. This is no exceptionThe plot is weird in a kinky kinda way but they manage to make it wholesome and heartwarming while also still keeping that sensuality. The show is also funny due to the ridiculous of the characers, especially Natori, but they also know how to balance in the seriousness. I liked all the characters and I liked the conflicts seen in the show. Overall this show was a good watch and I'd recommend it. Like this show is definitely a guilty pleasure.

WOW… just WOW
I knew I would enjoy the show as my friend recommended it to me but this has got to be one of my favorite shows. Literally everything was done so well. Most people have the misconception that due to the lack of episodes, it would have poor execution but 6 episodes is perfect. The concept and plot of the show is just amazing and the romance and politics are just so well done. I also love how the show shows so many different types of relationships and dynamics. I’m absolutely in love with this show. It was so enjoyable and it was silly and not too serious. Also the ost was great and I’ll keep listening to itWas this review helpful to you?
Possibly the worst kdrama I've ever seen
This show is terrible.1. The characters are all shallow and mean. I hate all of them, maybe not the best friend who likes to rap, she didn't seem bad, but everyone else is just plain terrible. There are a few others, but they are too small of characters to even give me relief from all the b.s. the main characters be pulling.
2. This is my main turn-off of the show: Why is the female lead TERRIFIED of the main lead?? I get being shy or nervous, but every time Cha Eunwoo walks near her, she looks physically uncomfortable, and it's incredibly hard to ship them. She literally looks at him as if he's some type of perv who's following her around. Whenever she sees him, she looks scared and I don't know if that's bad acting or what, but it's so uncomfortable. I like romance dramas for the romance and it just wasn't there.
3. They are not giving the mean girl what she truly deserves. It's like they trying to just write it off because she's poor and has an ed when she actually belongs in literary hell.
4. I tried to keep watching because I thought I saw something in the show, but there must have been something in my eyes because it was really just bad.
1000% do not recommend this show

A surprising movie that is well done
I vaguely read the summary, I just knew it had Song Joongki so I wasn’t expecting the plot of the movie. At the beginning the movie seems more realistic fiction and the later goes into a more wild experience but is still realistic fiction. And it’s also more of a romance then I expected which I loved. This movie is so well done and as expected Joongki is such a brilliant actor. It’s so sad yet beautiful and inspiring. It gives me a mix of The Good Lie and kind of Flower of Evil. Absolutely loved watching this and will recommend plus rewatch! Was this review helpful to you?
VERY boring
Prem and Boun are one of those couples who are better off-stage than on and that's why we wanted more for them than the little they got in UWMA. However, I wished we didn't.This show was mostly boring and the side couples were far better and more interesting, though sadly they did not get enough screen time.
Episode after episode was the exact same thing for Win and Team. I am a person who loves sleeping scenes, but just like with My Only 12%, that was ALL they had. And I don't understand why. There was quite literally NOTHING keeping them apart. There were no obstacles yet they appeared magically. It shouldn't have taken them this long to get together. If they had gotten together earlier we could have had better scenes.
Also for coming from a show like UWMA, the audio mixing and osts were TERRIBLE! It was so bad and never seemed to be fitting the mood it was in. Like the whole orchestra piece on Waan and Tul's scene was CRAZZY.
Speaking of Waan and Tul, they deserved more scenes together because their setup was so good and interesting and they were a far better watch than Win and Team.
They still did Sammy dirty and they should have actually shown her relationship with Phruek and their development more.
Also, Prince and B were an unnecessary couple that didn't even need to be in the show, yet (like Waan and Tul) stole the show.
Lastly, Boun cannot act, he's really bad at showing emotions outside of the typical "bad boy" emotions. For example, when Team and Pharm were playing in the water, he was looking at Teak and Dean was looking at Win like "ooh you're in love!" No he wasn't. That facial expression looked like discomfort and daydreaming. Like when some old person is complementing you at church and you put a smile on your face to have them think you're listening and are grateful but you're really lost in your own thoughts and is waiting to get away. That was how he looked. I'm sorry, I know Boun is a nice person, but he cannot act.
I would not recommend this show, there wasn't really a plot and it was too melodramatic, the main couple was boring, and it was a waste of time. So very disappointing.

This show does not get better
I've decided to drop this show after 8 episodes. I know I'm almost there to the finish line but I can't keep watching this slop, which is so crazy cause I've never said that about an OffGun show before. The writing for the show is really where the issues stem from. The acting and even direction have been fine as always. But firstly let's talk about the characters. Koh is such a bad character, not only because he has a bad personality, but his thoughts and actions make no sense and his backstory doesn't justify the way he acts. And Jira is also frustrating because he genuinely doesn't want better for himself and feels tied down to any situation he's in, like being poor and having to work for Koh. He acts like he doesn't have a choice in his OWN LIFE. His character also doesn't know how to set and enforce boundaries and it's just so pathetic. I've seen people say Pheem is toxic but he's really not, his only "toxic" thing is believing Jira will fully accept him only after he's had s*x with him, which shows to be true from Jira's actions. Also he's just as obsessed with Jira but he at least doesn't act entitled to him, his time, and body like Koh.
The romance in the show is bad for the obviously leading couple. The only "romance" between Koh and Jira is Koh being needy (which is so unattractive because he acts like a kid/brat and is so entitled after being such an 🍑 to Jira) and Jira obviously not wanting to like him but liking him. But that's not romance, that's just the situation at hand. There is nothing showing me that yeah they really should be together and is the better pair. This show does not make my heart flutter, it only did that at first with Pheem and Jira cause they have the better chemistry and story. until Jira messed everything up. I think Pheem genuinely deserves better. This show would have been so much better if Dew and Off switched characters and it was about breaking free from their oppressor together/tearing him down and finding love with freedom.
And the plot started off as good but has fallen so badly. I liked the idea of him being poor and Koh hiring him and falling in love but the execution is so bad. Also all of the business scenese are done so badly. Nothing irl would happen like that and I don't understand why they show so much of the stuff he says to the business people if it's not important to the story. They should have just montaged those scenes. It was also giving revenge story at first and then just fell off so hard smh.
And last petty little things is that Mawin's dialogues are bad and always tries to be so profound over the littlest situations and Ing has a lot of weird aura farming moments that are so badly placed and last really long. Honestly there's been a lot of those scenes where they want to show the attractiveness of the cast but the scenes always come off as awkward and long lol
But yeah I would not recommend this. The people who say this show is so good are blinded by their OffGun love. I'm very disappointed and will now rewatch the entirety of Not Me and Bad Buddy to make me feel better.

One of the worst Japanese bls I’ve seen
There’s so much to say…This show wasn’t really about the romance, it was more about the main character’s poor work life balance lol. And that wasn’t even resolved, only thing he did was lock himself into a more destructive cycle.
The “romance” was poorly done and there was hardly any chemistry. All there was was comfortability between the two characters.
And the show was boring and slow pace, there really wasn’t much excitement except when he j*rked him off lol.
It’s promising when you first watch it, like it kind of had that Cutie Pie plot but then it just goes downhill.
It was a waste of time imo, I’d rather watch way more other Japanese bls.

Unecessary Plotlines and Poor Character construction
1. some of the acting or atleast the emotional scenes were bad and over the top, especially hwang guemju2. they developed heesik and namsoon’s relationship tooquickly and so it lacked excitement
3. they should jit have made the villains so appealing and lowkey people you root for only to be so harsh to them in the end like the bodyguard and sio
4. bread song was a dumb plotline and he should have just ended up being ryu sio’s lost friend
5. also the random info that came after sio’s death was just unnecessary like him finding his father and the boxing ring ince being an orphanage
6. The vagrant people was an even dumber plotline, Idkw he had to be a jerk and then get treated dirty like that. it was so unnecessary and bad, i hated it
7. I hated Namsoons switch up on sio, I thought she would have more sympathy because of how they developed their story but that was untrue, she became like a different person which is understandable cause of what he did but they should not have made him such a character to sympathize with if they wanted us to feel namsoon’s anger

Great show but like any, has it's negatives (deserves a better rating though)
Giving my thoughts and opinions if you care to read itOverall I give this show a 8.7/10, but on here I'll give it an 8.5
Things I didn't like:
1. Other things are less important and really take off like 0.1 points but this takes the cake and is my biggest critique. I don't know why they thought the resolution with the mom was good enough because it really just wasn't. That wretch does not deserve to get her way, she honestly belongs in jail or in H- E- L -L. Zone should have never "sacrificed" himself and neither should the father. I even started to feel bad for Prae cause I feel like you can tell she really liked Cir when the mom was going and talking crazy, She wasn't just in it for money or status. Its almost offensive how the show dealt with this clear abuse and slavery. Like I'm still mad that they did that.
2. The point above plays into this but I didn't like how everyone made their lives centered around Phu and Cir. For example, it makes no sense for Wim to be that obsessed and involved in Cir's life nor for Jin to pick his entire friend group because of the love and care they have for Phu. Like that don't even make sense. I do like how characters like Rome and Aichi's world didn't revolve around the main characters.
3. Wim's character wasn't done right. I don't know why they tried to make it seem like he was so annoying and invested in Cir's life because he felt responsible for knowing everything since everyone asked him everything. I think they should have either went with him liking Cir (which I think could have been played really well where Jin kinda hates Cir because he knows Wim likes him and he likes Wim and then getting Wim to choose him instead of being hung up on Cir) or they should have tied it back to the trauma that they experienced and how Wim feels like he needs to protect Cir b/c he has no one to do so. But Wim was very whiny and always complaining about something and also I don't get his quells with Jin and why he was so put off by him but whatever.
4. The pacing was a bit fast at the beginning ngl. Like some of the things Cir did or said to Phu eve though he said he didn't want to make Phu uncomfortable was just a bit much. Also there was a lot of sappy overly cheesy moments and dialogue. I like that stuff every now and then but sometimes it was a bit much. Especially when they kept singing that song. Now I'm a person who loves Love in the Air and the scene where Payu sings to Rain in the kitchen is one of my favorite bl scenes of all time but I feel like they tried to recreate that bit but failed. It just came off as unnecessary and turned me off lol.
5. I don't get why Aichi never apologized cause he definitely needed to and I think that would have shown more of how he values his friendship. Speaking of which I understand sometimes why Tee was mean to Aichi but other times she just talked about him so bad I was confused as to why or if they're even friends. Like she would treat Aichi as if he is scum.
6. Probably my third biggest complaint after the mom and Wim but I'm not sure why they didn't speak the parralel world thing outloud. There were so many perfect times for Cir to explain what he was going through and he just never did. And it very much did matter to explain to Phu. Also Ji's character knew that he wasn't lying but just confused and never explained it to Cir, to Phu, or even to Wim which disappointed me.
Im sorry for all the negative but I did overall really like this show, here's some positives
1. To be very shallow and honest, the cast was so attractive *sigh*. Especially Rome and Jin, they had no business being that fine!
2. Boss and Nouel have really been studying the art of acting. Especially Boss! I felt tis show was the perfect way for him to show his versatility and he's improved so much. There were some overly sappy scenes but I think that was the writer's and director's fault. He was brilliant in this.
3. I think the explanation of how the parallel world isn't really them transcending time and space but more so getting glimpses of each other's lives and the value of Phu. I think this was done so well and made me proud, but like before they should have actually spoken it out. Cause we and supposedly Jin know the truth but no one else does and that pmo.
4. Sooooo many cute moments! I dont even know which are my favorites. And the NC scenes were done really well. I loved how the first few were making out or blowjobs, much more realistic as most relationships will build up to sex and not just have sex right away lol.
Anyways, that's my review. I really liked the show even better than Love in the Air. Im excited for the special ep though cause I'm invested in the other world's love story now

An Unecessary Watch
However, it does not mean it wasn’t entertainingBad:
The storyline and use of the vampire concept was done very poorly. I felt like they wrote off every thing vampire and made nonsense political issues that was not interesting enough to follow.
Character’s origin are weird and unexplained
Couple development is poorly done and paced weirdly
Bed scenes. I’d rather have had one if they were just gonna do the same exact things. And the main couple’s bed scenes were all problematic smh. Especially the 7th episode’s
Good:
Characters. The characters were very funny and entertaining.
Final fight scenes. These were actually good which Thai bls be struggling with. However, I don’t know why they wouldn’t give glimpse of this in the other episodes. And they made all the vampires seem like they can’t fight.
Character dynamics. I loved all the pairings and the chemistry were strong. I especially loved Zen and Ran. And the friend group was fun.
TBH the actors made the show. Too bad they were given a 💩plot line. Unecessary watch that I wouldn’t recommend but if you do you MIGHT enjoy your time

WOW, Unexpectedly good and is the type of indie movie that would be making headlines
I get if some people wouldn’t like the hyper sexuality in the movie but it’s really a side part of the movie, the main part of the movie is it’s rich plot. It’s the kind of nostalgia and indie that is PERFECT. I love the themes presented in this movie like the internalized ageism and the belief that many people share of becoming useless once you are older. I also love the memories of a Kaoru’s past, it’s reminiscent of the Marauders in Harry Potter, like the idea of this iconic and fun groups of friends in a coming of age way is sooooo good. Honestly I want this movie to be adapted for global viewership because it would be winning awards left and right. WATCH THIS MOVIEWas this review helpful to you?
This show was hilariously bad
As other people stated, the characters were all dumb. Another thing, this show was just way too melodramatic. It was so cringy. That's the only reason why I would recommend this show so that you can laugh at the theatrics.Because the show was so short, the couple wasn't really something you can ship that much. Like I couldn't believe they "loved" each other, but at least I could feel chemistry.
The worst thing about this show was the ending, lmaoooooooooo it was so bad. Like the plot had potential but they did so bad.
I think the show tried to pull people in with spicy scenes, but it's Korea, those scenes were barely anything. So overall the show wasn't that good and was a waste of time. At least the actors were adorable.

whoever made this should lose their job
All the people telling you it's good, are lying. This movie should not have an overall score of 6.8, it should be at most a 4.It's honestly so bad, the only reason why people liked it was that there was just a little bit of spice scenes. And those scenes were even bad.
The storyline was just terrible, I don't even know what they wanted to do. This movie was just a terrible idea and should have never been made.
I would only recommend it so you can understand how bad it was.
I would honestly rate it a 0 if I could.
