She says herself that she doesn't blame him for firing her, that she accepts that he's just doing his job. I don't…
This. She wasn't running into his arms, just expressing her frustration and exploding after a distressing day at work where she had been ostracized and probably forced to quit for dating a colleague before. And now a similar incident is happenning again. I totally get her.

Yeah I feel like he's lacking in emotional intelligence.

He loves her, so why does he hurt her?
He's a workaholic and control freak who's trying to keep work and love separate but it's not working, so he's trying to gain control of the situation by doing what he knows best and attempts to cut the FL loose, which at the same time goes against his heart's wishes.

Title Undercover High School Spoiler
It could be the math teacher. His name was on the records showing the students with rigged grades.
That is true, but I thought it could be an accident on his part. because in the preview the chairwoman is talking to someone about the knifing incident and she sounds pissed, like it wasn't supposed to happen. Or we're being tricked by the camera angle and it's the chairwoman's right-hand man or some goon they hired.

It's definitely the assistant to the director. He was eyeing them in episode 8 and was suprised why noone told…
Honestly though, I just can't bring myself to believe the uncle to be the mole because it would be heartbreaking for JHS. If it turns out to be him, which is very possible -he's been acting weird and his daughter studying at a privileged school is sus- I hope he has a very very good reason and there's no backstabbing involving JHS's father.

I don't think his uncle is the mole, they're trying way too hard to make us suspect him. I think he knows more…
It's definitely the assistant to the director. He was eyeing them in episode 8 and was suprised why noone told him that the teacher was in on the op.

I have a strange through that they are in love and idk maybe hoping for something, I just can't believe that they…
I followed a string of conversation on reddit between one user detailing the evidence and one of his fans who was making excuses for his behaviour, and in the end the fan admitted they were 15 years old. Literal children standing up for him. It's so sad.

I don't buy this statement but even if we were to believe they only started dating when she was a legal adult, the power disrepancy between them is too big to not raise any eyebrows. She was a child actress in HIS agency, they're not equals and the age difference between them is too big to justify. He was not a 40 year old dating a 30 year old. A 19 year old girl has no business having a relationship with an established, rich actor whom she basically works for. This situation reeks grooming, plain and simple.

I didn't like the 3rd episode, the cooking contest was to OTT for my taste and I skipped a bit, but then 4th episode was much better since they toned down the crazy slightly. I'm not big on slapstick comedy but I'll tolerate it if the characters can make me root for them and I can happily say I like the cast. The leads' chemistry is palpable and next week's preview hints at jealousy shenanigans, which is one of my favourite kdrama tropes.

Tbqh I'm starting to hate this site as a whole. Drama after drama it's like this.
I agree the FL is rather abrasive but people seem to forget this type of character is a Kdrama staple at this point. It's basically a trope.

I've just finished the first episode and it was better than I anticipated. Baek Ho being chased by that magpie was so random yet hilarious, I like how unconventional the humour is. There's overacting all around for sure but it doesn't drag and is interspersed with some quiet moments. I hope they fully take advantage of that beautiful countryside as the backdrop.

He was threatened with the life of his grandmother, I think you're being harsh calling him weak minded. He's just…
Your whole argument is based on the idea that the threat Dongmin faces is unrealistic , which is your own interpretation and not based on any facts given by the drama though. By the way I never mentioned anything about what I or any other person should do in a similar real life situation, we're talking about a drama here.
