Already found a subber but the subber couldn't find raw episodes of ep 2 onwards. The subber said that he/she prefers subbing the ones that doesn't have chinese subs so if you found raw eps online, pls share them
Actually, the last episode of the drama is kinda rush, so they didnt solve Wuyan's mental issue correctly. But,…
You're right. I got that part too but I still think it was unnecessary or maybe it was just me. Haha Perhaps, they just wanted to show that when you love someone, you love them entirely or maybr the writer wanted to give the ML a chance to redeem himself(regarding her father's death) by being with her when she needed company
This is just my cup of tea. Don't know why but dramas and movies with a "melo" feel always have a special place in my heart like Secret and Spring Waltz. I did FF the scenes of her best friends and their band, which I think made this drama more enjoyable for me cause I wasn't really invested in her bffs love story. The relationship of the leads are also ideal for me (minus the misunderstandings of course) cause they enjoy each other's company...doing normal things in the comfort of their home. What's with the plot of Cheng Yin though? I thought it was unnecessary.
The acting is a 10 for me. Didn't know what to expect at first since I'm not familiar with any of the casts but I do think that the acting here is on point, especially in the episode where her grandpa is killed, ep 48 and ep 50.
Some might be really disappointed with the ending but I do think that it was justified. I was just hoping that his memories would return sooner cause I want to see how he will make up to everything he has done to her loved ones but sadly, that didn't happen. His action got worse just because he was jealous of Xiaowu which was actually him. Nevertheless, I do think that the ending was fitting for him. However, I also think that there was actually no need for the FL to kill herself cause it seemed like it was possible for both armies to retreat peacefullybut I guess she was tired living her life and for once, wanted to be free.
A question for those who read the book...did General Pei have feelings for the FL?
P.S. I cracked up when Gu Jian was reincarnated as CCCTV in the special episode. XD
This season is crazier than the first one. All of my guesses were wrong except for Chanwoo. Not a fan of Gabin but I wished she picked Inuk. He is gentle, got the looks and has a stable job. He also makes you feel secure. Its just that he doesn't know how to show his feelings when other people are around but he's so sweet when he's with her. If I was Gabin, I would have definitely picked him cause Chanwoo's actions are a bit burdensome but I guess she liked him since ep 2 considering how she consistently picked him. Funny how Dindin's words came true. If he knows Seok Cheon, then he's most probably be a money catcher. XD On the other hand, among the guys,I think Yeonwoo is the most charming. He is good with both his words and his actions. Love it whenever he pats Soyoung's head and he has that very attractive eyes. Lastly, I'm so glad to know that Sera and Jungjin are still going strong. Come visit their yt channel. They're so cute and full of love. If you want to see more interactions between the casts after the show, you can find them on Yeonwoo's yt channel.
The funniest scene for me is when the song played when Inuk was driving back to the house alone after sending Gabin away. Hongbin's reaction seriously cracked me up.
By the way, I thank this show for introducing so many good songs to me.
Enjoy couple just released the final episode a few minutes ago and I'm just super happy that my ships ended up together. Anyone knows their IG account? Wanna follow them. Hope they remain friends to this day.
For those who are curious, here are the final couples: Seoyoung- Seongwoo - glad that Seoyoung accepted Seongwoo. I was scared that she hasn't moved on from Jinyoung. Uijung - Yeongsol - the couple that I rooted for. Ji Hoon - Jieun - didn't feel much for this couple. Chaeyeon - didn't end up with anyone. It's understandable though since she didn't get to spend much time with the boys compared to the other girls. Jinyoung - somewhat glad he didn't ended up with anyone. Didn't like him here at all.
Here are my opinions on the show: *I pity Ji Yeon (probably because we learned about her identity early). This girl cried so much. *I was shipping Ji Yeon and Min Ho since the start. Too bad he only sees her as a dongsaeng. It also didn't help that he thinks she's a Money Catcher and someone who knows one of his exes. I think Ji Yeon and Min Ho were the most genuine ones and true to their feelings in the show if only they chose each other in the end. *Its a good thing that Cho Im is a straightforward girl but she can also be quite possesive at least from what I've seen from this show. Nevertheless, I was happy that both of them were Love Catchers. *Chae Woon's identity was a surprise for me. I thought he was a money catcher cause he kept going back and forth Cho Im and Ji Yeon. Somehow I felt that he had more feelings for Ji Yeon than Cho Im cause he sees only her and kept being bothered by her even when Cho Im eas around despite him voting for Cho Im consistently. He eas also quite hesistant to choose between the two even at the last moment. *At first, I wasn't really sure what the guys have seen in her (probably because I'm not fond of cutesy and girly type of girls. ) since 4 out of 5 shown interest in her. I am curious how she would react after knowing that 3 out of 4 who approached her are Money Catchers and only Min Ho's feelings were real. Glad she didn't choose him or he would look even more devastated knowing that she was onky acting. *Sang A can be quite a scary friend to have. Just imagine sharing secrets with a friend then suddenly, she makes a move on your crush. I thought she changed from Love to Money and not the other one around cause the way she shifted her attention from Chae Woon to Ro Bin was too fast. *I was sure that Ro Bin was a money catcher at first cause he seemed friendly to everyone but then it changed when I saw him having a dillemma by the end of the show. Turns out that he was actually a money catcher. *I was wondering if anything would have changed without the elimination.
Again...these were just my personal opinion. All in all, I recommend this show. It is indeed entertaining and keeps you guessing till the end. Finished watching it in just one day.
To sum it up, this was a bittersweet love story that was tragically and at the same time beautifully portrayed. They casted the perfect actors for the role. Both the acting and the music are on point. Can't deny that Ji Chong is one of the best 2nd lead ever in dramaland. Don't know about what others think but I think the ending fits perfectly.
Just decided to watch this cause I had nothing to watch and I gotta say, the ML here is one of the most hateable ML. Nevertheless, I got to finish watching this because I think that the casts are perfect for their roles (never seen the main leads before but I think I'll look forward to their upcoming works) Love everything Paa adds fuel to fire and makes things more interesting. Perhaps, I'm also one of the few who liked the ending...they didn't get back together immediately and I'm guessing since its an open ending, they'll wait first for wounds to heal. I also don't think she and Non would work because of his toxic family unlike with Jar. At least, the grandpa treats her well and his parents are better than Non's family. I just feel pity for Charlie. I can see that he still got some goodness in his heart when he and Tadd were talking in the hospital when he ttied framing Jar and when he pleaded for her grandmother not to be put to jail. Too bad, he was raised by his grandmother. He would have been a great person if only he was raised by his grandpa.
One more thing, I like how strong the Tadd is compared to other female leads. Love how she handles she situation with the other women and how she was ready to leave him when she had enough instead of becoming a weak woman.
This is the kind of drama that's really good in the beginning theb went astray halfway. I found myself skipping through a lot of scenes since the ML went to jail and it also didn't help that I didn't like any of the side characters. For me, the best character here was Zenrong.
This is the kind of drama that you can't get enough of. I was extremely happy when I heard that they'llbe turning Pillowbook into a drama and they casted the same cast from TMOPB . I love it as much as I love TMOPB. I love how they focused on the main lead and how you can see that they love each other so much and not one person loving the other more. How I wish the ending was longer. I would love to see Gungun playing with his uncle Ali and of course, more time with his parents as a happy family.
I only watched ep 1 and I came across a clip from ep 10 (Tet and Kul's reunion). Am I the only one who wants Tet in Wat's body to end up with Kul? Lowkey shipping Bua and March. Haha
I was torn first episodes because Dr. Shao was such an angel, I knew what was going to come and they were so cute…
Still hoping for Princess Agents Season 2. :) Btw, I already had my tissues prepared prior to watching this drama. I was really looking for a drama genre for a change from the romcom genre and I found this one. One of the dramas of this genre that I have watched repeatedly was Tree of Heaven, so what actually caught my attention towards watching this drama was the title itself and of course, the cast as well.
Perhaps, they just wanted to show that when you love someone, you love them entirely or maybr the writer wanted to give the ML a chance to redeem himself(regarding her father's death) by being with her when she needed company
Looking forward to the future works of the ML.
