The views of Prague were the best part of this movie. The dual love stories were supposed to be beautiful as well but they never quite got there for me. I could tell the movie was trying hard but that's what it felt like. Trying but not accomplishing. Too bad, I liked the story just not the execution. I found the English speaking actor particularly bad. I know this is usually par for the course for Asian movies and dramas but it was a larger role so I wish they had gotten a better actor for that part.

It WAS funny wasn't it? I like the author's sense of humor. I hear she's popular in China. I'll be interested to see how much more popular she'll be after this drama. :-)

Thanks for the article. It's my favorite drama airing right now. If anyone is interested there is also a blog online where the novel is being translated into English chapter by chapter. I highly recommend it for more details of the story the drama doesn't cover. Heads up, the book has WAY more romance than the drama portrays. ;-)

I'm with you and here it is over 2 years since you've asked your question. Finding the older Chinese dramas with English subs is hard.

Thanks for your thoughts on this one. I started watching it last night and watched 6 episodes in a flash. I'm really enjoying it so I'm glad to hear it will continue to be a good drama through to the end.

Good to know I can now scratch it from my interest list. I know you liked My Best Ex-Boyfriend so maybe I'll check THAT one out instead. :-)

You're funny. We can look on the bright side of things. At least we've only watched them skirt around each other for 10 hours and not their full 17 years! ;-)

This drama is beyond BORING..........It's frustrating as hell. I actually started episode 10 and fell asleep around minute 20. How can a drama have 10 hours of spinning wheels? It's amazing to me how bad the writing is. What a waste of headlining talent. Just out of curiosity I'm wondering how far to the end will they wait before they DO something with this drama? If anyone is interested in this story, watch In Time With You instead. Far more interesting.

Another good review Dana. The food was FABULOUS in this drama. I remember wishing I could smell it as well as see it. It all looked so yummy and it usually sent me to the kitchen to hunt for something that looked as appetizing. I failed on that count but more often than not I would eat something when I watched this show!

The first 2 episodes were pretty boring. I'm also not sure I like the cutesy thing they're doing with Ha Ji Won's character. I wonder how long until they get to the good stuff? I was going to watch this live but I'm thinking of waiting to marathon it now. I'm on the fence...
