I have been keeping track of this title since I heard about it in 2015. Now 2020? Too funny.

Boo. I haven't seen the episode yet but was afraid they were going to go cliché. Too bad. The writing had been so good and their honesty with each other was so refreshing. I had hoped the cliffhanger from last week was going to lead to her saying she just wanted out of the contract to have a REAL relationship and not be bound by their original agreement. You know, because how DIFFERENT would THAT have been? I guess I gave the show too much credit too. *sigh*

*shrug* Some funny moments but mostly not much worth watching. One plus. At least it was short.

Lame. Lame and boring. Yep, that about sums it up.

And I totally agree about the stalkerish vibe of the watching from far away. Yet, I like it anyway. I guess it depends how it's done. ;-)

I keep checking the comments on this drama because I only made it to episode 12 on this thing. I keep saying I'll go back to it but it got boring when the story basically climaxed at episode 11. Also, I don't know if I can handle hearing about Mei Mei soap anymore. Really, no one cares about the soap!! Once again another Taiwanese drama that's good for the first half then a snooze fest after. Just make your dramas half as long and you'd have happier fans. Well, international fans. Maybe Taiwanese citizens like their long dramas. :-)

For sure, episode 17. Trust me. I've watched it several times. :-)

Thanks for reading it ladymay. I'm usually unsure about putting my thoughts out there so I'm glad you thought it was ok. I completely understand up rating it for Park Hae-jin. If it wasn't for him as motivation I probably would have dropped it. :-)

I wrote my thoughts when I completed this one and then told myself I should just do a review for the darn thing. It doesn't have any yet so what the hell. I haven't written a review in a year and here I am writing one for a drama I only rated a 5. I don't know why I find that funny but I do. xD

Viki now has this subbed through episode 6. I'm really enjoying it so far. Here's to hoping the subbers keep the pace and finish thru episode 36. Add oil!!

This drama was so-so. Often the situations were silly and the acting was over the top (especially the side characters). I think this is common in Taiwanese dramas so if you're used to that and don't mind it you might enjoy this drama. I also didn't think the dialogue was written very well. I actually dropped it at episode 9 but went back a few days later and finished it. I was interested in how several things would end but I had to wade through some ridiculousness to get there. The main couple was good together if a bit sugary sweet at times. I thought the lead girl was the best character of the drama, she was a strong person with a heart of gold.

Though I do see a lot of people liked it for other reasons. Might still be worth a watch, just not for that. :-) Thanks!
