i had watched it earlier this year to prepare for S2 and i would say it matched the hype it got years ago. perfectly rated and was good enough to deserve its praise

lol drinking and smoking were too much for u??? how do u watch anything korean then, koreans have a heavy drinking culture so drinking is there in almost everything. they bonded and the story progressed and developed on it. that's how movies usually work. what were u expecting to see? compilations of couples being cute???

agreed!!!! i was expecting more from the characters, given that the ml was supposed to be sensitive and the fl to be someone who hides her emotions.

yeah ik it didn't happen but i very specifically remember ml being in those uniforms and milk having a post with the hashtag of the show. i wonder what happened

i just leave it with the thought that different people have different lives and are seeking different things out of these dramas. i finished 2 dramas recently, this and brewing love. ppl seem to love that show while i found it so boring while ppl don't like this one while i enjoyed it. ppl loved the 'green flag' ml there but i found their romance to be shallow and weak. maybe ppl are projecting their need to have someone be there for them 100%. some just watch it for the actors etc etc. so i don't mind the comments here. although there are many weirdos over here. just a few months ago i was fighting with someone who was saying things along the line of 'kdramas are oppressing men' which was a bizarre convo to have

to me the ex wife wanted to control him. she was truly crazy, she wanted him t be in pain, to be dependent on her. plus she was a drug dealer and she could control him so she gets a power trip from that. people go crazy over power
